Surf Court 7 - Forest Beach Townhouse

Surf Court is een oceaan-georiënteerde complex met op de eerste verdieping appartementen, twee verdiepingen en drie verdiepingen tellende herenhuizen. Surf Court 7 is een twee verdiepingen tellende woning, een vlucht boven straatniveau. Surf Court 7 is in 2011 gerenoveerd. De keuken en 2 1/2 baden zijn volledig vernieuwd. Kingsize bed in de grote slaapkamer, twee koninginnen in slaapkamer 2, woonkamer slaapbank. Deze accommodatie ligt aan de overkant van het strand in de ene richting en van het tenniscentrum van Van der Meer in de andere. Vakantiegangers op zoek naar een goede prijs vind het niet erg de korte wandeling naar en van de oceaan en als parkeerplaats voor de deur van hun appartement. Een wenteltrap uit de levende balkon biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot de fraai aangelegde binnentuin en een groot zwembad. Surf Court ligt op 3 blokken van Coligny Plaza en de Beach Park & ​​Market. Dit schilderachtige binnenstad biedt zijn gasten een brede selectie van restaurants, winkels en entertainment voor alle leeftijden.

No reflection on this unit, but Surf Court needs to improve the odor in each of the units. Having stayed at various different units, the odor is always present. Once home we needed to air out our luggage, and rewash all of our clothes to remove the lingering odor.

Master bed comfortable( a must for me) pillows could definitely be updated( few more softer ones would be nice) . Only concern, if you are older, or have young children, this condo could be problem. Very steep stairs to get in condo, then very steep stairs to get to upper bedrooms. Definitely would not want to do it with young children. Perfect for just husband and myself who are in good shape. Perfect location for walking and biking to everything!

There were 3 of us in the condo and there was no hot water after one shower. Close walk to beach and coligny.

Great property near the beach.

This condo had a fully equipped kitchen and very spacious bedrooms. We enjoyed its proximity to the beach and Coligny. It is a great place to stay. The only drawbacks were the steep entrance stairs and a musty odor. That being said, we would stay there again.

Rental company office is maybe 1/2 mile away, we picked up key after hours. Condo is spacious, an older building but updated a few years ago. Lpcation was nice and quiet.Kitchen is well stocked. The only negative was the bathroom mat in the second bedroom was mouldy. We would book this property again
