Goed onderhouden villa met zachte verfkleuren en gezellige, strandachtige inrichting gelegen in het exclusieve Hilton Head Resort. Gelegen tussen Folly Inlet en Palmetto Dunes, is ons semi-privéstrand nooit druk. De villa bevindt zich in gebouw II, het rustigste gebouw, en biedt zowel uitzicht op de lagune als het moeras, die te zien is vanaf een eigen balkon.

Villa heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met alle luxe van thuis. Zodra je door de voordeur loopt, wordt je verwelkomd door onze krijtbordmuur; perfect om aantekeningen te maken of de kinderen bezig te houden. Goed uitgeruste keuken is volledig gevuld met koffiezetapparaat en molen, broodrooster, crock pot, blender en nog veel meer! Villa is voorzien van WiFi en 3 flatscreen televisies allemaal met kabel, evenals dvd's en games voor uw plezier.

Ouderslaapkamer verwelkomt de warmte van de zonsopgang en beschikt over een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer. Tweede slaapkamer kijkt uit op een rustige binnenplaats en kan slapen vier met twee-op-twee stapelbedden en een tweepersoonsbed met nieuwe traagschuim matras. Deluxe kinderbedje voor uw gemak als extra slapen nodig is.

Strand ligt op slechts een korte 400 meter / 7-8 minuten lopen over een bloeiende zoutwater moeras op onze eigen promenade. Er is een seizoensgebonden pendeldienst beschikbaar om te helpen met strandspullen van en naar het strand.

Een paar strandstoelen en een parasol worden voor uw gebruik meegeleverd. Voor de kinderen hebben we poolnoedels, boogieplanken en een mand vol strandspeelgoed, emmers en schoppen. Een luxe strandwagen is ook voorzien voor het gemakkelijk dragen van spullen van en naar het strand.

Resort voorzieningen omvatten 2 buitenzwembaden, verwarmd binnenzwembad, sauna, bubbelbad, fitness centrum, 6 verlichte tennisbanen, on-site store en deli, evenals 24-uurs gated beveiliging. Resort heeft ook een eigen toegang tot Coco's on the Beach, een ontspannen, seizoensgebonden strandbar en grill met zandvolleybal.

Huisdieren zijn NIET toegestaan op het resort. Villa is NIET-ROKERS. Beddengoed, handdoeken en een STARTER SUPPLY van toiletpapier, papieren handdoeken en zeep zijn inbegrepen. Gasten moeten hun eigen toiletartikelen en kookgerei verstrekken. Villa is exclusief wasmachine / droger. Wasfaciliteiten op munten zijn gunstig gelegen op dezelfde verdieping door liften.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! We’ve stayed in this complex before (building 4) it’s a great location and short walk to the beach. This condo is great, perfect for 5 people, stocked with the perfect items for the beach! Building 2 where this condo is, is preferred over building 4 in our opinion! Right between the indoor and outdoor pools so a perfect walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were extremely grateful to have access to the beach wagon, boogie board and other kid-friendly items. My daughter was ecstatic to sleep in a bunk bed for the first time. The villa was the perfect distance from the beach. We accessed the pool and restaurants on the property as well. I would highly recommend and will be back again.

The place was nicely updated and clean. A little tight for 6 people, but more so if more than 2 adults. My only “complaint” would be there is no dresser in the second bedroom so it was hard living out of suitcases. The area is nice, and everything we needed was here or close by. The main pool was fun and has a restaurant/bar with really good food and drinks. The owners were amazing and quick to respond. They really made our time here the best it could be! The walk to the beach isn’t a bad walk. We had a good week!

Booked very last minute for a one night stay to break up a long road trip. Communication was so great with the owners and the unit is exactly what we needed and expected. Great for our family of 5 - the bunk room couldn’t have met our needs more! The onsite pool is great and the little bar/restaurant out there was perfect for lunch. The walk to the beach down the boardwalk is a little bit of a hike with young kids, but we happened to luck out by catching the golf cart shuttle on our way down! It was a quick trip so we didn’t need to use much of what the unit had to offer, but it seemed to be stocked with everything you could need for a stay. Thanks for accommodating us so last minute!

Comfortable! Nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen! Welcoming wine & sparkly water a big treat! Beach supplies if needed. Deck overlooking lagoon. Very clean! Bed comfy. Scenic 1/2 mile boardwalk hike to ocean. Friendly folks at gate. Only downside was that dishwasher was not securely installed, so we did not use as the frame came apart when opening. Owners are aware and I imagine it will get fixed. We had a great month!

Disclaimer: This is a biased review. My family has been staying at the Hilton Head Resort at different units for years. It’s a great location for beach access. Beach is less crowded and private compared to other areas. This unit in particular was well maintained, clean and a great view of the golf course, marsh and sunrise.

We enjoyed the area, the only thing is the description says short walk to the beach. It's quite a walk on the boardwalk, but they do have shuttles every few minutes. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay!

The condo was perfect. The location was fantastic, just close walk across the board walk to the beach. What was most impressive was the fact it was stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. So many VRBOs have minimal items but this unit had everything we needed it seemed! Thank you for allowing us a great moms & sons getaway!

The property was as described in the listing. It was nice having everything you need for the beach. Only thing missing was a beach umbrella. The condo was very clean and ac worked great. The host were very responsive when I sent a question about a remote for the cable box. Both of them responded within minutes. The living room has a nice smart tv. The only thing I would suggest is having smart tvs in the bedrooms.

This property was exactly what I expected based on their listing. Was a great two bedroom place for my family of 6. It had everything we needed from a full kitchen, two bathrooms, beach toys, a patio and just a short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again. Our first time to Hilton Head and it for sure will not be our last!

We arrived to the condo late on the first day of our trip to find that, due to a scheduling oversight, the space had not been thoroughly cleaned in preparation for our arrival. Communication with the cleaning team (who's name and emergency contact was provided on the check-in information) and the host was very fast and clear. First impressions can be very difficult to erase, but we had a really great vacation, and this condo, the beach access, the dining recommendations from the hosts, and provided amenities (the beach cart is so great) all made that possible. We made most of our breakfasts in the condo, packed most of our lunches into the cooler, and ate most of our dinners out. This really allowed for a low-key, relaxing vacation. Thanks for the stay!!

This was my family’s first time visiting Hilton Head and they loved it! Daniel and Angela made the visit even better by having certain amenities available for us like the beach equipment and a starter supply of complimentary toiletries that we needed. Everything was clean, organized, and the area felt safe and peaceful. I would definitely bring my family back to stay here again.
