With over 5,000 square feet of luxury this home has 8 Bedrooms and sleeps 18, has a private pool, hot tub, sun deck, gourmet kitchen, private bedrooms, private baths, living room, family room, and sitting room. The home offers plenty of space to spread out while on vacation inside and out. Walk to the beach, golf, tennis, restaurants and bars in Palmetto Dunes Resort located on Hilton Head Island. Huge updates with new furniture, high end TVs, outdoor patio furniture, pool table outside and upgrades everywhere. What a one-of-a-kind luxury vacation estate!

As you enter this home you’ll notice the gorgeous tiled floors and cathedral ceilings that lead you into a living room. It is tastefully decorated with two red couches with blue accent pillows and a blue chair. There is a large sailboat over the fireplace and a wall of windows that look out over the sun deck and pool. To the right of the entrance is your formal dining room with a beautiful mural painting and a wood table that seats eight. This opens up to the gourmet kitchen that overlooks the family room out to the private pool and hot tub. Prepare breakfast in the morning, snacks or gourmet dinners - the kitchen is fully stocked for any size of family. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and double ovens and high end cooking utensils make this an almost perfect kitchen for any chef. You have several areas to dine, from the formal dining room, to bar stools at the counter, to a large white washed wood table in the kitchen that seats eight or several tables outside overlooking the private pool.

Behind the kitchen is a large laundry room with washer, dryer, a sink and lots of cabinets. On the other side of the kitchen is your family room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool deck. There is a blue sofa, queen sleeper sofa, accent chair and a 75” Samsung TV. If you go up a few stairs you will find the first bedroom which has a king size bed, accent chair and 43” Samsung TV. This room has access to an outdoor deck overlooking the pool and has 2 chairs. The attached bathroom can be accessed from this room and/or the hallway and has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The next bedroom is a large room with king size bed, accent chair and a 46” TV. The private bath is decorated in palm tree décor and has a single vanity with tub/shower combo.

On the other side of the front entrance are two more bedrooms. The first is a kid’s room with jungle theme décor. It has two twin beds and a 46” Samsung TV. The attached bedroom can be accessed from this room and/or the hall and has a single vanity with walk-in shower. In the hall you will find a beverage center complete with a small sink, wine fridge and ice maker. Then the master suite on this floor has a king bed, 55” Samsung TV, a sitting area with 2 chairs and a fireplace and sliding glass door to the pool. You can hear the waterfall effect from the pool! It is very calming and peaceful! The private en-suite bath has a soaker tub, walk-in shower, two separate single vanities and a walk-in closet.

The private pool area is one to mention as very few locations will offer the amenities outside you will enjoy at 1 Brigantine. Covered veranda for rainy days with a pool table beside the pool is a unique amenity everyone will enjoy. The covered private bar area has four countertop chairs, a mounted 55” outdoor TV, mini fridge, sink and Char-Broil grill. This area is perfect for preparing those vacation margaritas or pina coladas or enjoying an ice cold beer while relaxing in the pool or hot tub. Only seconds to the beach, you can walk right from the pool area down to the ocean. Once you come back, rinse off and jump back in the cool pool water after a nice hot day in the sun. There is a round table that seats four, eight lounge chairs and a round cushioned wicker chair.

On the second floor of this home are the remaining four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, accent chair, fireplace and 55” Samsung TV. There is access to an outside deck where there is a table for six and four lounge chairs. This deck overlooks the pool. The private bath has a double vanity and large walk-in shower. There is a very nice sitting area at the front of the house complete with a sofa, two chairs and a high-top table that seats six. This opens up to another living room where you’ll find a mini-fridge, large L-shaped couch, and 55” Samsung TV with DVD/VHS player and surround sound. You also have access to the outside deck from here. The next bedroom has a king bed, bench seat and 32” TV hidden in the armoire. There is a shared bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower that joins the adjacent bedroom. This bedroom is another kid’s room decorated in a jungle theme and has two twin beds and a 43” TV. There is a laundry room on this floor as well complete with a Whirlpool washer and dryer. Finally bedroom #8 has a king bed, 2 accent chairs and a 55” TV. There is access to two outside decks from this room; one overlooks the pool and has two chairs, the other overlooks the front of the house and has two chairs. Great places to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Car passes are limited to a maximum of six. The wonderful new owner of this home has decorated the home with new furniture this year along with a huge amount of upgrades, more TVs, outdoor pool table and high end furniture. What a spectacular luxury vacation home only seconds to the beach!
