Beautifully renovated in 2022, 10 E. Beach Lagoon is located on an Oceanfront paddle lot and not to be missed. This spacious 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom vacation home is stunning on the inside and out with luxury finishes, beautiful artwork and is within a short walking distance to the beach. The yard is full of lush landscaping as you walk up the partially covered walkway to the main entrance. Inside you’ll first notice the light hardwood floors throughout and the open concept living area. The living room is in the center of the home and has cathedral ceilings, a blue sectional couch, two gray swivel chairs, a mounted 75” TV over the fireplace surrounded by built-in bookcases that has books and games for your enjoyment. Behind the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with gray, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a 5-burner Wolf gas stove and two ovens. This gourmet kitchen is sure to please the chef in your family! There are six stools at the countertop – a great place to enjoy an appetizer while watching the chef prepare your meal. The adjacent dining room has a large wooden table that seats 10 and has a dry bar with mini fridge. The sliding door opens to a small balcony that overlooks the back yard.

There are two doors that exit from the living room; the first door leads to a large screened-in porch with a high, slanted ceiling, ceiling fans to keep you cool, a patio couch and love seat, a mounted 65” TV and a wet bar with mini fridge. The porch opens to the pool deck and has ocean views. The other door from the living room opens to the outdoor deck where you will find a Weber propane grill, an umbrella table that seats eight, four lounge chairs and two white rocking chairs. The lower deck is where you will find the pool and hot tub and an outdoor shower. Here you are just a few steps away from the private boardwalk to the beach.

Back inside to the right of the entrance is a nice den where there is a gray couch and off-white oversized swivel chair, a mounted 65” TV and a Peloton exercise bike. The sliding doors open to the outside pool deck. This room can be closed off from the foyer by sliding the barn style doors. Behind the pocket door is a bedroom with a king size canopy bed, a mounted 40” TV and a large window that looks out to the pool deck. The private bath has beautiful white marble floors, a double granite topped vanity, touchscreen mirrors, a walk-in closet, and a large walk-in shower with rain showerhead and handheld wand.

To the left of the front door is the laundry room featuring a front-loading washer and dryer, a sink, and an extra refrigerator. Down the hall behind the pocket door is a ½ bathroom on the right then a sitting area in the center of the room with high ceilings, two gray sofas, a mounted 43” TV and a high-top table that seats four and is by the window overlooking the front yard and lagoon. The sliding doors open to a balcony with two white rocking chairs. There are four bedrooms off this living area. On the left are two bedrooms with king size beds and a mounted 43” TV. Each room has a private bathroom with a single, granite topped vanity and walk-in shower. On the right, one room has a pyramid bunkbed with a twin over double and a twin trundle bed and a mounted 43” TV. This room has a private bathroom with a single, granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. The last room has a king bed and mounted 43” TV, as well as a private bathroom with a single, granite topped vanity and walk-in shower.

The second floor has the final bedroom with a king size canopy bed, a mounted 65” TV and an off-white swivel chair. The large glass doors open to a covered balcony with a ceiling fan, patio couch and two wicker cushioned chairs. This overlooks the pool and out to the ocean. The ensuite bath has a single, granite topped vanity and a walk-in shower with the rain shower head and handheld wand.
