Welkom bij 109 Dune Lane! Dit prachtige huis met 4 slaapkamers aan de kust bij North Forest Beach biedt open ruimtes, een prachtig uitzicht vanuit alle kamers, buiten dineren en een geweldig zwembad / spa.
Wanneer u het huis binnenkomt, wordt u begroet met een muur van ramen die een vrij uitzicht bieden op de Atlantische Oceaan net buiten. De open plattegrond maakt het perfect voor iedereen om samen te koken en eten met het gezin of de grote wedstrijd te kijken op de grote flatscreen-tv. In de woonkamer is er veel zitplaatsen en een spectaculair uitzicht. De eetkamer biedt plaats aan 6 personen, evenals extra stoelen en 2 barkrukken op het kookeiland. De keuken is gebouwd voor een chef-kok met roestvrijstalen apparaten, Thermador-ovens en een magnetron en hoogwaardige apparatuur.
Net buiten de eetkamer is er een overdekte veranda met een eettafel voor 4 om te genieten van de avondbries. Er is een grillen patio en een Lanai met meer zitplaatsen met uitzicht op de oceaan. Op de patio staat ook nog een eettafel met stoelen voor 6 personen en een parasol om koel te blijven in de zon. Het zwembad is uniek in zijn soort met aan een kant een spa en een loopbrug over de hoofdslaapkamer naar de ligstoelen bij het zwembad op het pooldeck.
Terug in het huis beschikt de 1e verdieping over 2 van de 4 slaapkamers, een hal badkamer en ook een wasruimte. De 1e gast slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden en de toegang tot de achterste patio. Aan de overkant van de hal is de badkamer met douche. De hoofdslaapkamer bevindt zich aan het einde van de hal met een kingsize bed, een grote kast, een eigen badkamer en toegang tot het achterdek.
Boven is er een zolder met zitplaatsen en een slaapbank, met slaapkamers aan elke kant. De slaapkamer aan de linkerkant heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer met douche en een eigen balkon aan de oceaan. De slaapkamer aan de rechterkant beschikt ook over een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer en heeft ook een eigen balkon aan de oceaan.
Het huis heeft ook parkeergelegenheid voor 4 op de oprit.

Wonderful Home

We had an amazing vacation in this beautiful home! Plenty of kitchen supplies and can’t beat the gorgeous beach view. We had few bumps due to pool/hot tub heating issues but they were resolved with great attention from the managers! Would definitely stay here again on our next Hilton Head trip!

AWESOME Family Trip

We had 7 adults coming from different states for a family getaway. This house was perfect! We each had our own rooms/bathrooms/balconies. The pictures with this listing are very accurate. The house had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. There is plenty of space to spread out including lots of outdoor space. The location of the house is also in a great spot, close to many shops, restaurants and a grocery store. We did have a couple of issues at the start of our trip but the rental company handled those right away. They were great at communicating and taking care of our needs! We would definitely rent again!

We spent a beautiful week at 109 Dune Lane. Property management was very helpful and responsive, especially Quinn. Lots of nice amenities provided. Our only “issue” was that the bedroom with twin beds did not have a closet. Since we were a group of 8 adults, this situation was important to the people who shared this room. Asking about closets was not something I had thought about doing. Still, an overall great experience.

Very nice house

We stayed at 109 Dune Ln last week. The house is well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen had pots/pans, dishes, utensils...anything you need for making meals, except the food (obviously). The bedrooms are large and comfy with TVs in each room as well as separate bathrooms. All linens were supplied including beach towels. The living room was nicely furnished. Our favorite spots were the pool and beach. It was a great vacation in a very nice house. We would recommennd this house for a family or multiple couples.

Huge Pool Problems!!

The pool was dirty even after the pool company came on Tuesday. There was dirt in the bottom of the pool and the water was murky for 5 days during our stay. The filter in the pool was not working properly. The water was turned off and we did not have a hose to wash off from the beach for one whole day.

The house was amazing and Beachside Rentals was easy to communicate with and very pleasant! The home was very well equipped & comfortable. We are very familiar with the location, so it was not a shock to us, but it is such a convenient location! The description was very clear, but we did not pay that close attention that there was not a tub to bath kids, but all the bathrooms and showers were beyond nice...just overlooked no tub for kids. We would definitely rebook this home for future stays for the entire family to enjoy a week at the beach!

Loved the property

We had a fantastic week even after dodging a fair amount of rain. The house is perfectly situated on the beach with outstanding views. We loved all the glass windows and the pool. Just had a fabulous week. I struggled with the stove a bit but after a little practice we could work it. It’s an induction stove top I think. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and the house is very close to Coligny Plaza and the neighborhood is beautiful. Thanks!

Perfect 80th Birthday Celebration with family!

We visited for a week for our parents' 80th birthdays, 6 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful house and impossible to imagine a better location. On the beach, and very close to shopping/dining. The management company was incredibly responsive, reaching out proactively during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The house was in a perfect location, right on the beach. The managing company was great about communicating prior to our arrival and were great during our stay. I had groceries, bikes and beach chairs all delivered before we arrived. Cribs and car seats too. As soon as we arrived we were able to enjoy our time together. We are returning to Hilton Head next year. If this property had been available I would have rebooked.

Great stay!

This is a really beautiful property and exactly as pictured/described! It's very well maintained and the kitchen is thoroughly equipped. The back of the house is nearly all glass, offering unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. There are several seating areas inside and out which is perfect for a group. Our group consisted of three couples and it was really nice to have three primary bedrooms with their own full baths for ultimate privacy. Property is within walking distance (about a mile) to Coligny shopping and restaurants, which we took advantage of. Beachside Getaway was fantastic to work with! Really easy to communicate via text and very responsive. We had a couple of minor issues when we checked in (backed up shower drain and ants along the path to the beach) and someone came out almost immediately to address, on a Sunday nonetheless. We would definitely rent this property again!

Overall, we had a great time. Keeping the pool clean was the only real issue we had. Beachside was great about reacting to any issue. My recommendation to making this an even better stay is have a way for the tenets to clean/vacuum the bottom of the pool. Having trees hanging over the water make it impossible to keep clean for a Saturday and Wednesday scheduled cleaning. We would’ve welcomed the ability to take care of it each morning.

Fantastic Beachfront Home

Great Vacation

109 Dune Lane is the perfect location on Hilton Head for a vacation. The house was great for my family (6 adults, 3 kids under 5). The access to the beach, restaurants, and local shopping were ideal for our week getaway. The pool and spa were great and heated to the perfect temp. I would recommend this house and location to anyone visiting HH.
