Lovely property with incredibly close access to the beach. Property itself was in great shape, and dealt with the high temperatures well. Was clean and well appointed. The host was communicative, and made the process easy.

Closest to the beach….as advertised! New floors and decking! Very comfortable bed! Lots of closet space! Near the Shipyard golf course! Great communication with the villa owner!

This was our first time renting a summer house, so we didn’t know what to expect. House was fully equipped and professionally cleaned before our arrival. We had 2 kids and 3 dogs with us, and everyone had a pleasant experience. House is very close to the beach, there’s also a shuttle. Plenty of bike paths. Beach was wonderful! We found the house clean, and we left it clean. We are planning on returning next year. Thank you Tom.

Great location for an extended stay on Hilton Head Island. Easy walk to the beach, and short drives to outstanding numerous golf courses and many many great restaurants.

Relaxing Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were close to everything while still having peace and quiet. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed for a beach vacation. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and we felt right at home.
