Great for the price
Overall it was a great value for the price and location to the beach and coligney. The house was clean for the most part and had plenty of sleeping space.

2021 Family Vacation
The only complaints we had were when we first arrived, we seen multiple bags of trash and trash on ground when entering the home. The home itself it very nice. The bathroom in the hallway does not plug for baths. So if bathing kids, will need to stuff it with a rag or buy a plug. Loved how close it was to everything including the beach. Air conditioning was wonderful and kept the place cold. We enjoyed our stay. If it wasn’t for the trash, it would have been perfect. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect location, perfect hosts
My family stayed here for a wedding. The house was accurately described and we couldn't have asked for a better location. It was a very short walk to the beach and shops. When we needed to contact the hosts, the communication was easy with a quick response. I made the mistake of leaving my Apple Watch there, and was pleasantly surprised that it was quickly mailed back to me! I would definitely come back!

Great property and awesome location.
This home was in perfect proximity to everything, beach, shopping and restaurants. The owners were very responsive if we had a question and the house was very clean and welcoming! We would definitely love to come back.

Good Location
Level ranch home near Coligny and Piggly Wiggly and 2 blocks from the ocean. Pet friendly. My older dachshund is not step friendly anymore. We rent here because it is all level with no steps to enter. The owner is responsive if needed. It was all good. We plan to return next year.

Needs some attention
The location is great and the house is clean. The issues were as follows: 1. Things did not work - lights, fridge ice maker, burners on the stove 2. Don't plan on cooking - the only thing they had in any volume was dishes and flatware. Could not use the pan, as the teflon is peeling. No cooking or serving dishes. Not conducive for cooking a meal. 3. Master shower did not drain. Water would rise to above ankles and when it finally drained, it left alot of dirt in the tub. Ended up using the only other bath in the house. 4. House sleeps 10, but living room seating is for 4. Considering the house we had the previous week in Sea Pines for the same price, this was not worth the price. 5. Upon arrival, the house was not cleaned. The owners were able to rectify, but we did not gain access until nearly 8:pm. And do not think the owner was fair in the compensation for our inconvenience. I just think the owners need to stay in this house a couple times a year to see what needs fixed.

amazing location
we couldn't have had a better time at this lovely home. So close to the beach and to the stores we didn't use our car the whole weekend!!!

Great location
This property is in a great location. walk to beach or to Coligny to shop. The owner needs to look at the cleaning services provided. Not sure master bed sheets were cleaned and shower was a little dirty. The TV in living room a little tricky to operate and the bedroom TV is not usable(unless you open an account and download an app to operate TV) we opted not to. The house has a lot of room and in all was a nice stay.

Nice small home
This home worked well for us as it is 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from Coligny and Piggly Wiggly. We needed a home with no stairs and there are none. It is clean which counts for a lot with me. This year the weather was warm enough for me to enjoy the small screened in porch. A bit noisy with constant deliveries to the condo building across the street. The racoons on Hilton Head are a constant problem with raiding trash. No matter how I snapped the trashcan lids shut, more often than not, the racoons won. The living room sofa needs to be replaced but the appliances work well and the washer is full sized. New refrig this year. We enjoyed our stay.

Leaking refrigerator, TV in MB didn’t work ( remote didn’t work), holes in interior walls/ Sheetrock, screened in porch with ripped and loose screens ( attempted fix was duct tape, had to replace HVAC filter ourselves ( completely clogged with dust and pet hair), lights that didn’t work,, front pavers are so loose walkway is actually a safety hazard. Exterior of property and yard is clearly not maintained with debris and lawn collection bags laying about the front yard. I could go on and on but what is the point? The only positive was location ( proximity to beach and Cologne Plaza and shopping )

Great Location
We enjoyed our time at this North Forest Beach property. The home was clean. The kitchen stocked with enough pans and utensils . All appliances were in working order. The washer and dryer were full size. We had no problems. This home was perfect for our small family and small dog. Beach access is nearby and an easy walk as is a grocery store and Coligney shopping and rests. We plan to return next year.

Great location for shopping and the beach, House was very clean and in working order. Beds are a little squeaky though and you can hear them from the next room. Keyless entry was a huge help with multiple family members staying together.

Great location. Reasonably priced.
I was very pleased with this rental. Easy walk to the beach down the street. Enjoyed the public beach access at Coligny park as well. Fun shopping at Coligny shops with everything you need: grocery, restaurants, ice cream shops and bicycle rentals. Home was perfect size. Not too big and not too small. Really liked the screened in side room for storing our beach stuff and wet shoes, keeping the sand out of the house. Mattresses were not the most luxurious, but they were fine for me.

Perfect for our family!
We had a great time during our visit to HHI and this home was a perfect place to stay. We had a short walk to the beach and to near by Coligny Plaza. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to be in this area of the island. Owners were responsive to initial questions and the home was very clean upon our arrival. We'll be back!

Great location, easy walk to beach and shopping/ restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head at this house. The low price and the ability to host 10 of us was a bargain...for sure got what we paid for in the since that there were no mattress pads on any of the beds which just felt a little gross, knowing someone else had just been on them and there was no pad protecting. The beds were also squeaky and not very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Loved the screened in porch. The hammock that were were excited to use was broken when we arrived, laying on the ground. The cleaning crew was not done when we arrived at 4:15 (told we could arrive at 4:00 but cleaning crew was told they had until 6:00, miscommunication between owner and crew). Also the 4 outside trashcans were over flowing when we arrived. We had to take some of the trash (b/c bugs were all over it) and our trash to a dumpster we found nearby. I would have been happy to take the trash out if i knew the day it came. Last thing was the master bedroom toilet handle was broken (completely off) when we arrived on Saturday. It was Monday before the plumber came out. It was a quick and easy fix once they arrived but sucked not having it for the two days. A quicker turn around on that would have been nice but at least we had the other bathroom. Loved the large dining room table and there were chairs for us all if you included the bar area! All in all a good find, just some minor things.

Great Location
Great location to shopping and the public beach. The house was clean and very comfortable. There were some maintenance issues though- one of the sinks didn't drain. The kitchen needs more cooking supplies- being so close to the Piggly Wiggly makes cooking for a big family super easy and would bring us back again! Thanks!

Great stay! Beautiful home!
This house is adorable and has everything you need. It's been completely redone and very tastefully decorated! We loved the keyless entry so we could just push a button to lock up or a code to unlock. It was a very quick walk to the beach and made for a very easy back and forth. The tv in the bedroom is a smart tv with hulu which we enjoyed. My favorite part is they provided linens and towels! WHAT A HUGE UPGRADE with no fees. These days I feel like rentals sort of nickle and dime you and this place is very reasonable and on top provide linens. The owner was incredibly nice and very responsive as well. Only minor cons would be- it's right across from a condo community which made it a little less quiet than typical north forest beach experiences. I couldn't get a few of the blinds to work and the yard could use a clean up, but really not a big deal. All in all we will return!
