Deze villa voelt extreem ruim aan voor een villa met 1 slaapkamer. De woonkamer heeft gewelfde plafonds, een smaakvolle inrichting en 2 banken, waaronder een tweepersoons slaapbank. De open eetkamer zet het moderne luchtige gevoel voort en zetels 4 met voldoende ruimte. De keuken heeft prachtig bijgewerkte kasten en apparaten, waaronder een combinatie kleding wasmachine / droger voor extra gemak.

De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed, een grote inloopkast, een flatscreen-tv en alle kamer die u nodig heeft om te ontspannen. De badkamer heeft een betegelde bad / douchecombinatie en draagt bij aan het luxueuze gevoel van de villa. Het balkon heeft zowel uitzicht op het zwembad als de lagune, als u wilt ontspannen met een drankje kijkend naar uw prachtige omgeving.

This spot is ideally located to all on the South end of the island. A quick 3 minute stroll to Chow Daddy's/Truffles and about 10-15 minutes to Harbourtown. We appreciated the bikes and accessibility to the bike path as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place!

Such a cute little condo in the perfect location! About a 15 minute ride to the beach and the condo has just enough space to not feel cramped (even with a toddler running around). We will certainly book again next year!

Great Getaway location

The unit we stayed is was beautiful and clean. It was central to everything in Sea Pines, restaurants, beaches, shopping, churches. Free bike rental is a bonus - beautiful biking trails, everything is accessible by bike. Our whole experience was positive.

Beautiful one bedroom condo! There are three sets of steps to get up to second floor so not for someone that can’t do stairs. Condo was clean and just as pictured. Wonderful Unit, Great Location, Definitely Returning

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment.

Very comfortable, just as described. Everything worked perfectly. Bikes in very good condition, beach chairs and sun umbrella provided were Tommy Bahama. I would suggest to add a measuring cup and a thrash can with lid.

This is our second stay in this unit..we stayed six weeks...any problems were not show stoppers to us ... bicycles were like new
