Enjoy the beauty of Hilton Head Island and Palmetto Dunes beaches from your beautifully appointed and recently renovated penthouse villa.

2514 Villamare has a wonderful open living space, updated kitchen, brand new flooring throughout in 2024 and gorgeous views of the landscaped gardens, water fountains, and peaks of the ocean. The villa is painted in a light gray and has lots of beach décor giving you pops of color. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances including a flat top stove. There are two stools at the breakfast bar and in the corner, there is a Whirlpool front loading washer and dryer. The dining area has a glass topped table for four with a mirrored accent wall. In the comfortable living room, you will find a beige queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, a gray armchair with ottoman, and a large mounted flat screen TV. The slider opens to a covered balcony that has four chairs and overlooks the water fountain.

Behind the French-style doors, off the living room, is the master suite. This room has a king bed, small desk, and a mounted TV. There is also access to the balcony shared with the living room. The master bathroom has a single granite vanity, separate soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The guest room is on the opposite side of the villa off the foyer giving great bedroom separation. The guest room has two queen beds, an accent chair, and a mounted TV. This room has a private covered balcony where there are four chairs for you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the calming sounds of the water fountain below.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
