Korte wandeling naar het strand, gerenoveerd herenhuis

Kom ontspannen met het hele gezin in dit ruime herenhuis met 3 slaapkamers voor 10 personen. 26 Hilton Head Beach Club is volledig gerenoveerd in 2017 en heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor de perfecte vakantie. Net binnen de voordeur wordt u verwelkomd door een open keuken en een prachtig handgemaakte eettafel. De keuken is voorzien van granieten werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten. De grote eettafel heeft stoelen voor 4 en een lange bank voor nog eens 4; veel ruimte voor iedereen. Net voorbij de keuken is de woonkamer, met grote flatscreen-tv, slaapbank en glazen schuifdeur. De patio is ruim en beschikt over een tafel voor 4, buiten sectionele en gas grill. Ook op het hoogste niveau is een koning slaapkamer en badkamer. Boven beschikt over nog 2 slaapkamers en een extra slaapruimte. De 1e slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv, spiegelkastdeuren en een deur naar het gedeelde bad. Deze slaapkamer kan ook 2 tweelingen zijn als dit beter past bij uw behoeften. De badkamer boven verbindt met de gast en de master slaapkamers en heeft een grote douche en glazen deur. De slaapkamer heeft ook een kingsize bed en een eigen balkon, perfect om te genieten van uw ochtendkoffie. Net als je denkt dat dat alles is wat het herenhuis te bieden heeft, open je de deuren van de hal om een andere kamer te vinden met een queensize bed, een tv en een zithoek - een geweldige schuilplaats voor een rustige middag. Het herenhuis heeft een wasmachine en droger op het terrein, en heeft ook WiFi inbegrepen.
Hilton Head Beach Club heeft een eigen zwembad en ligt op slechts een paar minuten lopen van het strand, winkels en restaurants. Een geweldige locatie aan de zuidkant van Hilton Head.

Fantastic location, lovely condo

We loved the condo’s location within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo itself has plenty of space for our family of four. It was clean, well stocked with basic supplies, and very comfortable. Beachside Getaways was wonderful to work with. Very attentive and helpful with check in and check out. Great all around!

I will not recommend this place at all.

Dirty and stinky apartment with no any upgrades except appliances. Cracking drywall, dirty walls, stinky carpet. Problem with plumbing in 2 bathrooms.All furnitures are old, like 1950

Property was great!!! Close to everything including the beach!!! Well stocked with everything you need including a gas grill!!!! Awesome patio with lights and furniture to sit and relax!! Pool is only a few steps away!!! Perfect spot for a family vacation!!!

Good for Large Families

Overall our family enjoyed our stay at this property but a few things could make this property excellent. We enjoyed how close we were to the pool, a short 30 second walk. We also enjoyed our 7-8 minute walk to the beach. The area of the beach it leads to was quieter and less crowded than the main entrance at Coligny Plaza and we really liked that too! The property is close to many restaurants and a short drive to any entertainment you’re looking for. All good things! However, the outdoor area of the property is poorly cared for. The front door area is overgrown from the neighbor’s trees/bushes which makes it difficult to get to the entrance once you’ve parked in the assigned spot right beside the condo. The back deck area is dirty and also not cared for. This would add so much to the property. Lastly, the downstairs tv was very difficult to work with while we were there. Not sure if it was the internet or the tv itself but we couldn’t enjoy any family movie time during our stay (specifically the rainy day). However all of the tvs on the bedrooms worked perfectly! There were a few blinds missing in the living room area that just made it look cheaper than it is. Overall a good stay and would definitely consider using it again if a few minor adjustments were made. The rooming arrangements are really great for a big family.

Great location

Family vacation and we enjoyed the short walk to beach. Kids enjoyed the pool and we were close to stores, restaurants. Etc. Property Mgmt was very responsive! Only recommendation would be to have covers for outdoor furniture. Seats were dirty and got wet from rain so we didn’t enjoy back patio as much as we have liked. Overall the house is spacious, in a good location and served our family well!

Cozy Family Getaway

This rental was great for 6 adults and 2 children. Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach. 5-minute walk to a huge playground. Quiet neighborhood with no outside noise noticeable while sleeping. The property could use a few updates but overall it was excellent. We would stay here again.

This condo met every need for our group of 10! The kitchen is very well stocked, beach/pool towels are included, and beachside getaway staff are fabulous! The place was clean and just as pictured! Super close to the pool and not far from the beach! We had a great time!

A Great Place To Stay In Hilton Head

Our business team was in HH for a conference and enjoyed the condo. It provided enough space for our group including private sleeping arrangements, dining , living room and our favorite was the patio where we spent each morning and evening. We are already considering renting the condo for future family and work events.

The property management people are very responsive and friendly. When we arrived our door access code did not work which was inconvenient but someone showed up to the property within 10 minutes to let us in. The only problems were a cockroach that was in the microwave and ruined about $50 worth of food we put in there. There were also no instructions in the white binder for how to turn on cable TV which was needed when stuck inside with bad weather one day. There should be instructions out in front of the TV like there are for Wi-Fi network login. Otherwise the rooms were clean and nice. Kitchen was nice and close enough to the beach.

The property was very nice and clean. We really liked how the beach was really just a very short walk. The upstairs has a lot more room than originally thought. You are very close to Coligny Beach and shops. There is also a grocery store 3 blocks away.

Family Beach vacation

The property was very nice. There were a few minor issues. The lint trap in the dryer was completely full as in 1 1/2 inches thick of solid dust in layers. Didn’t realize until we noticed it took 4 cycles to dry a load. Emptied the filter and it worked great. Shower door upstairs is coming loose. Parking was a bit tight as #25 had 2 cars parked back to back in one space all week

Everything was great! Only negative was that the air conditioner could not keep up with the warm temperatures outside and at times it was 75 degrees in the house. Also, the extra "attic" bedroom was extra warm every night. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Beachside was a great spacious condo for group of 8. Clean, nice kitchen, 4 king beds, close to the pool. Also a short 5 min walk to the beach. Also close to Coligny Park where you get a little bit of everything, food, shops, atmosphere . Great vacation !!!!

Our first time at Hilton Head, I was very impressed with the area. This location was an easy walk to the beach and to Coligny shops and restaurants. The unit is nicely decorated and seemed to have everything we needed.

Nice property in a nice location, very roomy town home with privacy for all.

The property looks exactly like the photos, very roomy kitchen, well stocked with utensils and everything needed for cooking, lovely living room and play area and huge bedrooms with king sized beds and an attic room for toddlers that can sleep at least two children. The patio downstairs was great for entertaining- enjoying a glass of wine and the patio furniture is in top notch condition. You don't even need to pack anything for the beach- beach chairs, toys and a beach cart is provided to make your trip to beach easier which is only 7 minutes away. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. It is perfect for relaxation and close to restaurants. The best part was we needed to leave the property a little later than the regular check out time and I contacted property management and they made it happen! Thank you to the entire the team the stay was awesome and we will be back!
