You will find everything you need for an outstanding Hilton Head Island vacation in this two-bedroom villa. The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes an eat-in bar and a closet with a stackable washer and dryer. In the living room you will find a sofa, two chairs, 49" SMART TV, and a sliding glass door to a balcony with a table and 4 chairs.

The master suite has a king bed, 40" SMART TV, desk, and a private bath with a beautiful walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a private bath with a tub/shower combination and is furnished with 2 queen beds, a 40" SMART TV and access to it's own private balcony that has two chairs.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
