  • Welkom bij de BESTNEST op 37 Shell Ring Road in Sea Pines - net opnieuw ingericht en super stijlvol!

    Onze filosofie is dat uw vakantie-ervaring volledig comfortabel en altijd geweldig moet zijn. Reinheid is een van onze kenmerken en we nemen schoon serieus.

    37 Shell Ring is een volledig comfortabel en gevuld met alle voorzieningen die we waarderen tijdens onze vakantie.

    De open woon / eetkamer is voorzien van 65 "HDTV / BluRay / Netflix en comfortabele zitplaatsen voor 6 personen. De eethoek biedt plaats aan 6 personen en opent naar een veranda met uitzicht op het meer. Blik over de lagune terwijl witte zilverreigers meanderen.

    De keuken biedt alles wat u need-- en willen. Alle witte gerechten, grote zware bestek en kookgerei, bakken en serveren van stukken, en vlekkeloos schoon, bijna nieuwe apparaten en een aangrenzende grillen dek met gas grill wachten op u.

    De master (koning) is ruim en voorzien van televisie aan de muur. Het en-suite bad beschikt over dubbele wastafel, groot bad en inloopdouche.

    Slaapkamer 2 heeft een queen bed en en-suite badkamer met bad / douche combinatie. Slaapkamer 3 beschikt over 2 tweelingen en een complete badkamer met inloopdouche.

    De ruime, vrijstaande garage is ideaal om al uw "spullen" te huisvesten!

    BETALINGEN: 50% verschuldigd bij boeking. Volledige bedrag uiterlijk 60 dagen voor aankomst. Het langetermijnreserveringbeleid voor de winter verschilt, informeer alstublieft.

    ANNULERINGEN: annuleringen 90 dagen of meer voor aankomst gemaakt - volledige restitutie verminderd met 10% van het betaalde bedrag. Annuleringen 89-45 dagen voor aankomst verbeurt 60% van het betaalde bedrag. Annuleringen 44 of minder dagen voor aankomst verbeurt totaal betaalde bedrag. Reisverzekering is altijd sterk aanbevolen.
    UITVERKOCHT: 5 minuten met de auto of 15 minuten met de fiets naar de oceaan / Sea Pines Beach Club.

    BEACH CLUB TOEGANGS / PARKEREN Parkeren op het terrein BIJ de Beach Club is toegestaan voor alle overnachtende gasten, Labor Day-medio maart. Van half maart tot eind zomer brengen speciale Beach Trolleys gasten van verschillende parkeerplaatsen in Sea Pines naar de Beach Club. Volledige details zullen worden verstrekt op het moment van uw reservering, of gewoon vragen voor meer informatie.

    ZWEMBAD / TENNIS: gratis bij de buurtfaciliteit; 3 minuten lopen. Zwembad open april - september (niet verwarmd)

    DIEREN: Wij verwelkomen uw goed opgevoede huisdier voor een extra vergoeding, zeker minder dan instappen en nog veel meer plezier! Heb je nog een tweede huisdier dat vraagt om te komen? Ras / soorten niet welkom bij BSSR eigenschappen (om redenen zoals maar niet beperkt tot haar, geur, temperament): Labradors en Lab mixen, Duitse herder en mixen, mopshonden, alle / alle stierenhonden, Rottweilers, Dobermanns, Cocker Spaniels, Boxers, Honden, andere olieachtige vachtrassen of -mixen. Bel of mail ons om de mogelijkheden te bespreken. PET-INSPECTIE IS VEREIST VOORAFGAAND AAN VERTREK.

    WAT IS INBEGREPEN: Uw woning zal gevuld zijn met alle huishoudelijke voorzieningen die u nodig heeft voor de duur van uw verblijf, inclusief vuilniszakken, afwaszeep, parfumvrije wasproducten, papieren handdoeken, baddoeken, hand- en zeepzepen en zelfs Keurig AND standaard koffiezetapparaten met filters / zoetstoffen. We hebben ook strandspeelgoed, strandstoelen en parasols ... echt, alles wat je hoeft te doen is komen en genieten.

    OVER Sea Pines: Sea Pines is echt een bijzondere woonwijk resort biedt een groot aantal activiteiten: wereldklasse golf en tennis, watersporten, dolfijnen kijken, 14 mijl van fietsen en recreatie paden, 5 mijl van de brede zandstrand, 2 grote jachthaven dorpen (South Beach & Harbour Town), Lawton Stables met trail, ponyrijden en een kinderboerderij, een 600 acre Forest Preserve met picknick en visgebieden, eco tours, winkels en restaurants, een fitnesscentrum, en nog veel meer! Oef! Of u kunt gewoon onder een paraplu zitten of bij het zwembad en een goed boek lezen.

We are between homes so this rental was perfect and a nice relaxing week away from hotels! Beverly and her people are always so thoughtful and accommodating and the rental house was just what we needed. We have rented for years from her and will continue to do so. A Beautiful Home & Great Service in Sea Pines!

I must admit that Sea Pines is one of my very favorite vacation destinations. We have spent many vacations in Sea Pines and have never been disappointed. This vacation was no exception and this home was no exception! The home is in a wonderful location, being located near the "front" of Sea Pines so when you are looking to leave, you don't have far to travel. The neighborhood was amazing with every home being taken care of in a beautiful setting. The community provided a wonderful pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts for guests to enjoy. The home was clean and inviting with everything you need. The home was very well stocked (especially the kitchen) with just about anything you could ask for. In addition, the homeowners generously provide access to beach/pool equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas. And let's not forget the screened-in porch! What a great view of the lagoon! We were not disappointed in any way and would absolutely consider renting this home again if it was available when we were visiting! BTW, the management company was very attentive, as well. First class!

Home away from home

The property is immaculate. The accommodations, finishes, and little touches made us feel like we were at home. The property management team was responsive and extremely easy to work with. After a handful of trips to HHI, this has been our favorite home.
