Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect! The weather in early May was beautiful, and we paid extra to have the pool heated. The space worked well for our family of six.

The wedding

The facility was very nice, but the doors on the porches would not latch. One of the doors was coming apart at the bottom. We paid extra for a heated pool, but the heater did not work properly, except for part of one day. Our wedding party had a heated pool at there place next door that was great.

Convenient property

The house was exactly as described. Worked great for our group of 12 with 3 families. The pool heat worked out well for our kids and the grill was a plus. Plenty of room in the house so you don’t feel crowded. Beach was a 3 minute walk away and the path made it very accessible for the seniors in our group. We rented bikes and biked to sea pines and Coligny circle with ease. Definitely had to drive to restaurants/activities if didn’t have bikes, but that’s the trade off for being away from the busy hotels/resorts. Some minor issues with check in (electronic door not working) but the property management team was excellent at solving the issues. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

This house was great for our family vacation. The proximity to the beach could not have been better. The kids loved swimming in the pool, so we spent a lot of time enjoying the deck/pool area. The house was very clean and the accommodations were nice and spacious. We ran into a couple issues during our stay. The kitchen refrigerator was barely cold for the first couple days but eventually got cold. Also, the air conditioner stopped working twice during our stay. We called for support from Beach Properties for these issues and they sent someone out to check out the issues quickly. The HVAC tech said the A/C unit supporting upstairs needs to be replaced. For the price we paid to rent this house, I would have expected the A/C to be in good working order.

Perfect HHI House

This house had everything we needed. It was well appointed, perfectly laid out, and had great spaces for our family, friends, and kids. The home had multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy and when the weather turned bad, the common spaces checked all boxes for TV watchers, book readers, and board gamers in the group. The beach access was incredibly convenient - maybe a five-minute walk - and easy access to the rest of HHI. Beach Properties were incredible hosts both for pre-arrival and during our stay. They quickly responded to any inquiry and addressed questions and concerns professionally. They also maintained a constant line of communication as Ian made its way toward HHI - providing guidance and offering assistance if needed. This is a house we will be looking at for future HHI visits. But if this home is unavailable, we will look at other homes managed by Beach Properties. They were really top-notch.

Great house and set up!

This property was great. House was clean and nicely updated. We had 4 families, all with children under 2, and it worked for us. Pros: Each of the families had their own bathroom to use. Pool and outdoor entertaining area is on the opposite side of the house from bedrooms, making it great for not disturbing little ones napping/sleeping while enjoying the great space. Beach is a 2 minute walk away. When heated, pool was very warm. Would definitely visit this property again!

Great experience and location

We stayed here as 3 young families with a 5 year old, 3 year old, 2 year old and an infant. The location, pool, set up and lay out inside was fantastic! Super quick walk to the beach, the pool to cool off and hang out after, multiple levels for families to spread out, etc. The outdoor area could use a little updating along the side upper deck and some railings, but that's next on their list of renovations. Everything was clean and more than enough plates/glasses for everyone. Loved our stay and will be back!

Great Location

The property location was perfect and the house itself was great for our 2 families. We could tell that much care had been taken with the updates and understand there’s even more to come. We look forward to renting again.

Family Vacation

Overall , a very pleasant place for family. It was somewhat misleading to advertise “ Sleeps 14,” unless just small children in Bunk Beds & Sleeper Sofas. We found it more adequate for 12 people and used our daughters house in Sea Pines For Overflow. The new renovations were mighty nice and the Outside pool & Party Bar were delightful.
