  • Welkom bij de BESTNEST op 5 Wildwood Court in Sea Pines.

    Onze filosofie is dat uw vakantie-ervaring volledig comfortabel en altijd geweldig moet zijn. Reinheid is een van onze kenmerken en we nemen schoon serieus.

    5 Wildwood Court is licht en helder en we hebben het gevuld met alle voorzieningen die we waarderen tijdens onze vakantie. De houten vloeren glanzen en tapijten zijn schoon en fris ruiken, net als de fantastische meubels.

    De ruime woonkamer met gewelfd plafond en dakramen is het centrum van activiteit en ontspanning. Geniet van een Sharp Aquos HD-tv met gratis Netflix, comfortabele bank en 2 fauteuils. U vindt er ook een speciaal bureau als je moet werken. Als je vindt dat een scheiding gewenst is, stuur je de kinderen naar het aangrenzende hol met hun eigen tv / Netflix.

    De keuken biedt alles wat je nodig hebt, inclusief alle witte gerechten, veel zwaar bestek en kookgerei, bak- en serveerartikelen en vlekkeloos schone, bijna nieuwe apparaten.

    3 slaapkamers (1 koning, 1 koningin, 2 tweelingen) beschikken elk over het comfortabelste bedlinnen dat we konden vinden, met zachte kussens, evenals tv / kabel / Netflix in elke slaapkamer. Baden zijn goed verlicht en spic en span! Een ruime wasruimte met grote gootsteen, poederkamer op hoofdniveau en grote garage voor 2 auto's completeren de binnenruimte.

    Geniet van een prachtige achtertuin met 2 ligstoelen, buiten zitplaatsen voor zes personen en een gasgrill.

    BETALINGEN: 50% verschuldigd bij boeking. Volledige bedrag uiterlijk 60 dagen voor aankomst. Het langetermijnreserveringbeleid voor de winter verschilt, informeer alstublieft.

    ANNULERINGEN: annuleringen 90 dagen of meer voor aankomst gemaakt - volledige restitutie verminderd met 10% van het betaalde bedrag. Annuleringen 89-45 dagen voor aankomst verbeurt 60% van het betaalde bedrag. Annuleringen 44 of minder dagen voor aankomst verbeurt totaal betaalde bedrag. Reisverzekering is altijd sterk aanbevolen.

    HOE VER VER STRAND: 2 min met de auto, 7 min met de fiets of 15 min lopen naar de oceaan / Sea Pines Beach Club.

    BEACH CLUB TOEGANGS / PARKEREN Parkeren op het terrein BIJ de Beach Club is toegestaan voor alle overnachtende gasten, Labor Day-medio maart. Van half maart tot eind zomer brengen speciale Beach Trolleys gasten van verschillende parkeerplaatsen in Sea Pines naar de Beach Club. Volledige details zullen worden verstrekt op het moment van uw reservering, of gewoon vragen voor meer informatie.

    ZWEMBAD / TENNIS / SPEELPLEIN: 2-3 minuten lopen naar geweldige buurtfaciliteit. Zwembad half april tot september geopend (niet verwarmd).

    DIEREN: Wij verwelkomen uw goed opgevoede huisdier voor een extra vergoeding, zeker minder dan instappen en nog veel meer plezier! Heb je nog een tweede huisdier dat vraagt ​​om te komen? Property is perfect for family stay. Lots of room, plenty of amenities and pet friendly. Located in quiet residential area, but not close to activities so look at renting bicycles.

Quick family getaway

Was a very nice stay with family for a quick get away. Very clean and they had a cute welcome basket. Close to the pool and shops and restaurants. The driveway was smaller than it appeared though, and there is a big tree in the middle so was hard getting our car in the driveway.

Our week in Sea Pines is always great, but it was made even better by staying in such a clean and well-equipped home. The home was impeccably clean, did not smell like many beach homes in a humid environment can (beachy, mildew, damp, etc). From the linens to the utensil drawers everything was super clean. We had a few minor issues that the BestNest staff responded to immediately and to our satisfaction. We will not be renting another property in Sea Pines again unless it is a BestNest managed property.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was the cleanest house we have ever rented. It was located in a quiet neighborhood only 2 minutes from the pool and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The pool was great, not crowded at all. The ad for this house stated it came with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent. But we were not sure those items would actually be there but it truly did have all these things which was so amazing and thoughtful. We will definitely book this house again.

Lovely stay in Sea Pines

This was a great house, quiet location near the end of a cul-de-sac, mature trees surround the backyard for privacy and quiet. There's a footpath behind the house that's a shortcut to the Greenwood Dr/Lighthouse Rd circle (though we never saw anyone else on it); Forest Dr. also has a shortcut to the Shops at Sea Pines Center. Nice, easy biking all around Sea Pines. The maps at the house show the best ways to the beach; walk or bike to 2 different beach access points, about 1 to 1.2 miles away. House is a split level, when you walk in there's a lovely sitting room to the right of the foyer with a pocket door to the kitchen; kitchen & dining room are on the right side front to back of house, entering the main room from the foyer. Short stairway on the left to the twin bedroom at the top of the stairs left, laundry room across the hall from that; the queen bedroom is next to the twin, bathroom at the end of the hall next to the queen, and then turning right down the short hall is the master bedroom. Nice balcony overlooking the backyard; great, roomy master closet with 2 suitcase racks, a laundry basket, plenty of hangers. The master bath is beautiful, just like in the pictures. Some of the floorboards creak, as does the king bed, so no quiet tiptoeing around. 2 car garage was great for our workouts and housing the bikes. There were beach toys, skimboards, and chairs in the garage. The management company was super responsive and friendly.

The Best Nest representative was very responsive and helpful when we called with an issue with the washing machine. They sent the repair person out the next day while we went to the local pool. This did not inconvenience us at all. My family had a wonderful time and would stay at this property again.
