The villa features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, with recently updated appliances that open up into a bright and large living area with a 75" flat screen TV for family movie night with an upgraded cable offering of HBO Showtime and Cinemax.

Enjoy updated furnishing throughout the property - providing a relaxing setting for your next island escape. There are 2 master suites, one with french doors to the porch, and a third guest bedroom as well. All bedrooms have private bathrooms that are beautifully updated and spacious. A screened-in porch wraps around one half of the villa, a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments.

The Wendover Dunes community also offers covered parking, a private pool area with a jacuzzi, a children’s pool, a grill area, and bike paths that lead directly to the beach. This villa really has it all and is just a few sandy steps to the beach.

***PLEASE NOTE that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.
