Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex, you're just steps from the beach and a short stroll to restaurants, shops, and live entertainment. Unwind in a luxurious King bed, relax in the stylish living area with a new Queen sleeper, and enjoy a spa-like walk-in shower. Beach chairs and bikes included for the ultimate island retreat! 🌊❤️☀️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Seaside Villas is a gated, oceanfront complex located in walking distance to Coligny Plaza with restaurants, shops, parks and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Our host was very responsive. We liked how the bedroom was situated to accomodate the king sized bed. Also appreciated the upgraded shower. Had issue with one of the bikes. The seat wouldn't stay at the proper height. Later in the ride, the seat moved while pedaling which made the bike unstable and dangerous. Also, I got locked out on the balcony. I closed glass door behind me trying to save heat since it was cold and couldn't get back in. Fortunately my wife was available inside and let me back in or I would have been making a fool of myself, yelling for help. The door lock was loose. Also, we would have done some vacuuming but the sweeper's beater brush was not turning. One of the panes in the oven door slipped out of place. Either it was like that when we arririved or occurred after we used the oven to cook a pizza. The gate code to the beach was incorrect in the instructions, but we got help from another couple that happened by. The code for the bikes was also incorrect but a text to the manager quickly resolved the issue.

We had a great time staying at this property. The pictures accurately represent the property. The unit was super clean and everything was in great order. It's a very small unit but has been remodeled to maximize the space making it perfect for a couple. The view is BEAUTIFUL! The chairs on the balcony are so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We didn't use the bikes because we brought our own, but they were available as were beach chairs, games, books, etc. The communication from our host Kendall was prompt and excellent. The adorable sweet Valentine's treat and waters that were left for us were greatly appreciated. We were also allowed an early check in which is always a big plus. Would definitely rent this unit or another one with Kendall again.

great location close to everything, walk onto the beach, ocean view from lanai. Host is readily available and communicates well, offered early entry upon arrival. Unit is small but plenty of room for two adults, only cons is AC doesn't cool the bedroom and provisions were lacking, make sure to bring your own coffee, soap, shampoo, t-paper, etc

The condo was great, but a few things could’ve made it outstanding. For the cleaning fee, the room wasn’t as clean as we hoped. The baseboards and drawers were dirty. Also, there was one cabinet in the kitchen that was filthy. On day one we walked barefoot through the condo and our feet turned black. Also, the condos upstairs allowed children to run (more like sprint) back and forth through the halls and rooms 24/7. They would keep us up late and wake us up early shaking the whole floor everyday. The bedding was super comfortable and clean!!!

Great oceanfront condo for two in convenient location

My wife and I really enjoyed our 6-night stay on what was our first trip to Hilton Head. This ocean-view condo is small but perfect for two, and was clean and modern, and in a good location near Coligny Plaza. The unit is a short walk to the beach, and plenty of parking was available, even for our pickup truck. The instructions and communication with the owner, Kendall, and overall responsiveness to questions, were absolutely top notch and contributed to our positive experience. We also appreciated the beach gear in the unit (cart, chairs, backpack cooler, etc.), and umbrella & chair rental service is also available at the beach. We would rent this unit again if available.

Excellent place to stay!

We loved this property and how close it is to the beach. The porch has a great view of the ocean and the short, dedicated pathway to the beach makes this a favorite location for us. This condo is so beautiful! It has a great view of the ocean and an easy walk there. The bed is so comfortable( I always look for this when I look at reviews!) You would not regret staying here, it’s so convenient to shopping, eating, bicycling too. The owners are outstanding to work with. If I could give more stars I would!

Wonderful location

We had an excellent stay in this condo and loved having an ocean view from the balcony! So close to the beach, and we also enjoyed being close to Cologne Plaza for shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend! It was a bit small for 4 people, but fine for just a week. I’m very picky about beds and found the king sized bed to be extremely comfortable!
