Everything was good, just a couple of comments. The towel holder in the master bath needs to be fixed. The door knob for the guest bedroom also needs repair. If the owner would change the 4 flat doors to paneled doors with new hardware, it would go a long way to looking a lot better.

Nice Place Good Location

This is a very nice property located within a five minute walk from the golf and tennis Center. House was very clean and furnishings were all in excellent condition. Host was extremely responsive. Please note that while the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and other supplies there is nothing consumable in this house, including salt and pepper. Also, you need to get your parking pass on the way into the property which we did not realize. We had a great time and would rent this house again.

Comfortable and convenient

Great location for a home base for our first trip to HHI. We were visiting the area as a possibility for next move. We brought our two small dogs with us, and we were able to leave them behind a few times without worry bc the area is secluded and safe. The home was as advertised. Kitchen very well equipped. Mattress very comfortable. Exceptionally clean in every room. Nice new furnishings and materials. Check in process was super easy. We came in way later than we planned d/t late start followed by meeting up with a traffic barrel base on 95 :(. We were able to come through the resort gate at 1:30 am without any problems, and the keyless code to get in and out was easy breezy. Thanks to Patti and team for making your home available to us!

Nice condo and beautifully decorated.

My elderly parents enjoyed their stay and found this condo very nice and comfortable. We cooked in nightly and found that the condo was very well appointed. I would be cautious about renting again as the property host claimed we damaged two rugs and broke two soap dispensers which was a TOTAL LIE!!! My parents are 87 and 84 years old. We have rented for over 25 years from VRBO and have NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS. I did move a couple of the bathroom rugs as we found them to be a trip hazard. However, we put them back before they checked out. I would be aware if renting here and would definitely take pictures of the condo upon arrival. Lastly, I tried a few times to contact the property host regarding a couple of issues we had and never heard back from her.
