Deze golfwoning met vier slaapkamers, drie en een half bad biedt ideaal comfort voor uw vakantie. Eagle Watch maakt ontspannen gemakkelijk dankzij het privézwembad, het bubbelbad, de recreatieruimte, de buitengrill en de toegang tot buitenactiviteiten. Uw huisdier kan hier tegen een kleine vergoeding per nacht verblijven.

Naast het onroerend goed dat zich bevindt in de Shipyard Plantation, direct aan de golfbaan van Galleon, is het ook slechts een korte wandeling of fietstocht naar een prachtig strand aan de Atlantische Oceaan. Fietsverhuur is beschikbaar in het gebied, dus spring erop en raak de paden van Shipyard Plantation.

In dit golfhuis vindt u een ruime ontspanningsruimte met een natte bar, veel zitplaatsen, een televisie, ping-pong en een dartbord. In een volledig uitgeruste keuken kunt u heerlijke huisgemaakte maaltijden bereiden. De buitenruimte is gemaakt voor entertainment en plezier met toegang tot een niervormig zwembad, grill, afgeschermde veranda, een patio en een groot dek. We loved our stay! The house was spacious enough for multiple adults to share the home. We came down for my sons Marine bootcamp graduation in Parris Island but also wanted to enjoy the time as a mini vacation. This house was perfect!

Overall our stay went very well. Wish the pool had not been so much in the shade. The water was too cold for me for several days. Enjoyed the porch. Beautiful home! Hilton Head is a beautiful island.

The home was a perfect layout and location. Updated kitchen was lovely. The carpet was stained throughout and the furniture was worn and beat up. The check in process at Vacasa was terrible.. We arrived at 4:30 pm and they had locked their office doors. I called the office and was instructed to open the box on the outside wall to get the envelope that had parking passes and entry information. The envelope was empty!!! So I found the homeowners house managers number and he told me what to do. Vacasa was useless. And did I mention that when I called Vacasa again to tell them there were no passes, they wouldn't answer the phone. And I could see thru the windows that 2 women were sitting at the desk and wouldn't answer. I also knocked on the glass door and they ignored me (this happened to 2 other people that came in behind us VACASA IS AWFUL!!!

Great trip.

The only thing I had an issue with was the stove was not working. It has just been installed and the gas wasn’t turned in yet. We like to cook on vacation especially for dinner and using a hot pad was less than enjoyable. Should have been told that this was an issue so we could have changed our menu. We shopped prior to arriving so by the time we got there it was too late to change the menu.

Overall decent stay

The house was a great size for 8 people and the pool is small but adequate. Great location for biking to the beach. The house was generally clean (just don’t look at the dusty ceiling fans). There was some miscommunication from the management company about what appliances were working. I reached out every day for an update. They were responsive to my inquiries but the issue was never actually resolved. They did issue a credit for the inconvenience which I appreciated. Overall I would stay there again.

Great location

We really enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere of the location. It was close to everything except the beach. It was a bit more difficult to get there than we expected., but not impossible. Very pretty house although a bit dated.

Great, but could be better

The property was perfect for our group of older guys on a golf trip for a long weekend. The house was a great space. The only issue found was the electrical problems in the house. Some of the outlets didn't work and when they did, they got extremely hot which means the panel is getting overloaded, slight fire hazard!! The lights for the backyard did not work, nor is there a switch for out there. They REALLY need an electrician out there to fix some issues before there is an electrical fire, not good....

The house had an overpowering smell of cleaner and mold/musty. Figured it was from the carpet and furniture that looked like it had been there at least 30 years. I finally discovered multiple air vents covered in black mold. Property is very dated and needs some repairs to deck, shower, etc. as well. Once I realized there was black mold, we called to get a replacement property. None were available so we left and went to a hotel resort. While packing, I discovered water all over the floor in the kitchen from the refridgerator. Although we already told VACASA we were leaving, I wanted to let them know since there was clearly an issue and didn't want the property damaged. I was told twice that I would receive a full refund. I DID NOT. I was charged $5XX to be there for 1/2 a night....basically to unpack my car, grocery shop and shower, then re pack it all up in my car. We left in the middle of the night it was so bad. I was congested and couldn't leave there fast enough. I asked for the full refund and was told bc we stayed a night we were charged a night. Very upsetting and way too much $$ for this property. I should be in a clean, nice place where I am not concerned about the health of myself or child. So not only did I lose the money, there, I had to pay for the hotel and throw out alot of the food we had purchased---because we weren't in a house--we couldn't keep or use it in the hotel. It is just upsetting that they would rent something of this condition for this price range, and then go back on their word of a refund. One we left this place we had an incredible time.

A decent stay but some issues

The house has a nice layout but a little older. When we reached, we had some issue that we talked to the property manager about. We checked in. On Saturday for a 4 day stay. The pool was not cleaned properly. Additionally, one of the toilets was clogged when we reached there. Although reported as soon as we got in, the items were not addressed till Monday. Also, found a couple of roaches. Someone dropped off a spray after a few hours. The beach was about a mile away and quite convenient to get to. The neighborhood is nice too. Overall a decent stay with a couple of issues. Took a while to resolve. Was promised a partial refund for the inconvenience which I am still waiting for!!

Good overall

Location was a 15 minute walk to the beach, less than 10 by bike. Minimal parking at the beach. Very disappointing that there is basically only one public beach access point for the entire plantation - most crowded beach I’ve been to on HHI other than Coligny. No where other than the beach to bike to like other sections of HHI have. That said, the size and amenities at the house itself were good for our group. Although I paid extra for the pool heater, it was too cold to get in at the end of June/beginning of July, so that was also disappointing. We will not stay at this property again for those reasons. But if you’re looking for a quiet and privacy, it fits the bill.

It was so easy renting absolutely no hassle. Everyone involved were helpful and courteous. Awesome house and perfect for my family. Location was great for riding bikes and seeing dolphins, gators in the pond, deer and other wildlife. Pet friendly neighborhood with awesome neighbors. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing trip.

Nice getaway for our family with a dog

We found this rental to be comfortable and spacious. The pool was not cleaned until the third day we were there and a landscaping crew showed up to drop off some supplies for an apparent job coming up. Otherwise the resort neighborhood was pretty and great for walking and biking. It didn’t take long to walk to the beach.

House needs updating. Carpet is old and stained, bathrooms are cultured marble with showers with low shower heads. Screened in porch has no bars on the bottom, just screen where a child could fall thru. Porch furniture was two old rockin chairs and an old wooden table. Pool got warm one day out of three. Heater shuts off so you have to turn back on a nd it cools on between. Only got warm enough to get in one day out of three.

The listing doesn't do justice to some of the features and amenities. You get a parking pass to park at the beach and the bike paths are great. You can bike everywhere. The house could have been cleaner and the ac ducts need to be cleaned. Some rooms had difficulty keeping cool. Overall it was a great stay and the pool was great. It's not a lap pool, but it's great for kids and adults sitting on the seats in the pool to cool off after a long day.

Fun place to stay for vacation!

Stayed at this wonderful home with my adult children and their dogs to commemorate my daughter's original wedding date (7/11/20) and celebrate my daughter-in-law’s 30th birthday! The house was clean, well-stocked, a nice walk/bike ride to the beach via the walkway at the end of Colonnade Club, and close to restaurants which offered takeout. The pool was a welcome retreat after a long day at the beach. We were allowed one beach pass to park at the Shipyard Beach Club and took our tent, chairs, umbrella, cooler, games, etc. to the beach every morning via our car to set up “fun at the beach” for the day. The rest of the family rode bikes or walked to the beach. We would definitely stay at this home again!

The getaway

location of home and description of home was as listed. The company stated they were taking extra cleaning measures because of covid 19 however there were some evidence of over looked areas such as vents through out home very dirty. Floors with stains stains on light switches in different rooms. The game room was not cleaned it had old trash in seats very dusty and old stained chairs. The pool was nice but could use some maintenance the pool cleaner came while we were there that was nice because pool was in need of debris removal. Patio portch had broken chair my daughter almost fell out of. Master bathroom upstairs shower does not get hot at all. Sink does tub does but the shower. Toilet seat in master also was broken on on side. There were lots of spider webs throughout and hanging from most of the ceilings. The home over all is nice spacious and served my family need for a get away from covid 19. It allowed us to be on vacation but away from the world to remain as safe as possible.
