Lots of space

The condo was in a quiet area close to the pool once we found it . Had most things you needed . Could use a little more cooking and dish supply . It was a little further to the beach than I thought . The check in process did not go as planned . Read the fine print on the email and go pick up your parking pass . We went to the resort because I only read my text . At the resort the check in person was so very rude and sent me to the wrong place to pick up our passes . Then we had to drive 15 min to pick up passes and back 15 min more . To get back in . My husband came later at 3 am and they made him stop to get the park passes to enter and a later guest had to stop 15 min away to get pass it really was a frustrating process . I did ask for a map to see if there was a closer way to the beach and was sent to the listing again where I did not find it . The house was ok and lots of room but would not choose that resort again due to the parking process . The owner was very responsive when we texted . We could not get the tv to work . But we are not on vacation to watch tv so that was good .

Great location and spacious.There needs to be some improvements to the kitchen and updating to other areas in the toenhouse. More cooking supplies are needed in the kitchen especially to pot and pans which have the teflon worn off.

A little outdated

The guys had a great golfing week and the size and location of this condo was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the number of bathrooms perfect for 8 guys. The condo could use a little updating and the kitchen was very tight. But overall it was great and this is the second year we have booked it

The unit was a good size for a small group or large family. It needs some updating and a few things need to be addressed, such as the mild coming out of the a/c vent in the living room, the bugs need to be eradicated. And over all could use some updating to make it fresh.

The place was nice. The washer stopped on us and had it fixed bu the next day. The kitchen didnt have any pot holder and the silverware and glasses is not enough for our group of 11. We recently stayed at this vacation home and had a generally positive experience. The property offers great value for money, with clean beds and easy access to the beach and other amenities. Overal, we enjoyed our stay and found the property to be a good value for the price. With a few improvements, this place could be even better.

Alot of Palmeto Bugs

It was okay. There were alot of Palmeto Bugs in the house and beds. The house should of been exterminated. Also the bathrooms need to be updated. The dishwasher was not secured and kept trying to fall out. The refrigerator was old and many shelves were missing.

Renter Beware

This is a difficult one to review. I will ONLY give this a 5 star simply for location only! The pictures listed are very misleading. None of the furniture is in the condition shown, it is beyond beat down. Kitchen table is scratched up and sticky, the kitchen chandelier has layers of dust, bathrooms were dirty (all of them)such as hair on the floors, bugs inside showers, dirty towels (red make up on a couple) and drainage is horrible (showers and sinks). For the kitchen, the refrigerator and freezer smells like seafood I texted and asked to have baking soda delivered and no response. I had to go buy it just to be able to use it!! The kitchen cooking items are just as bad as the furniture. Absolutely awful!!! We had to buy our own cooking pans and utensils just to get through the week. The grill was not in a condition to use. We had a party of 8 and there were not enough towels I washed just about everyday. We did see some of the negative reviews and even though some were awhile ago shame of us for not listening and giving benefit of doubt. This unit needs a lot of work and a lot of updates. If the updates take place it would be a perfect rental

Great location, needs updating

This was a great price with a great location. Easy 9 min walk or 4 min bike to the beach. It was noce and quiete even with families all around. The size and ease of having a bathroom in each room was great with a large party. We had 2 families totaling 10 people and it had plenty of room for us all. A few suggetions: the oven does not work effectively. It was on preheat for 20 mins and still wasn't at temp. The Grill needs to be replaced or removed. For safety reasons we were not going to use charcoal inside a propane grill which was what was provided. A few lamps were not working as well but were not needed either. Aside from the suggestions we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed this property.

A great golf week at this condo

The size and location of this condo was perfect for our golf group. Two bathtub drains were extremely slow but with Bill's help a plumber came right away and fixed both of them. There were a few "insect visitors" but we expect that living in the south. The condo is dated (especially the bathrooms and the kitchen) but there were 7 men staying there and that was not a big problem. We loved having our own grill and it was used often on the great deck overlooking the golf course. We have already booked for next year.

Unit needs attention

All door walls as well as front door glass had not been cleaned. Chandelier over kitchen table had not been cleaned. Dining table and chairs were not clean on sides and backs. Palmetto bugs which tend to look like c0ck r0aches were present daily, 2-3. Furniture was dated which is fine but it is in need of a professional cleaning. Kitchen not well stocked and oven wouldn't open. Knobs loose and falling off. The unit itself is spacious and a great location with just a short bike ride to the beach.

Cockroaches. Mouse poop in cupboards. Broken drawers. Missing handles. Not a single baking pan. Kitchen faucet falling apart. Broken refrigerator shelving. All 4 bathtubs took hours to drain. Reached out to support with response being to notify "local team". Never saw anyone. Someone thinks their making money on this property? Won't last too long

Nice location. Great bed arrangement. Firm mattresses. Poorly stocked kitchen. Only 3 teaspoons. Had to purchase plastic spoons! Shower/tub combos. Tubs drained very slowly. By the time your showered, water up to your shins. Few pillows. No blankets. Only 1 bedroom on main level. Lots of stairs to get to other 3. Deck & deck furniture not clean. Could not use due to mold. Steps from deck to golf course/ ground slick with mold. Extra bathroom & shower only off living room making a total of 5 bathrooms. Very nice to have that extra one. Very disappointing property. Seems neglected.

Nice but issues

Nice house,big enough for 9 of us and in a great location.Check in to get parking passes the text the address but left out one name of the street and that caused problems.The house is definitely dated and half the door knobs on bathrooms were loose,just needed to be tightened with a screwdriver but that was not our job.Only gave us 1 garbage bag for 9 people for 4 days and when I asked for more 2 we’re dropped off ,when I needed more it took over a day to get 2 more.I don’t like to complain but the kitchen had nothing,no coffee filters no salt and pepper and even no oven mits.It was a nice place but really got the feeling they are just going through the motions and not trying too hard.

A little musty and cleaning crew started cleaning before checkout

The checkin process was inconvenient for the VRBO, the checkin location was a bit far away each car had to repeat the process (which this part is understandable). The place was a bit musty in some of the bedrooms. Cleaning crew came too early and started cleaning parts of the VRBO even before the designated 10:00 am checkout. It’s a little sketch that they would be starting to clean before everyone left for the 10:00 am checkout.

Horrible experience

When we got there we couldn’t find the email stating the instructions for check-in and had to call the emergency hotline. No one ever called us back. We finally found the email in our spam folder. When we got to the home it was filthy. We found hairs in several spots of the home, our tub upstairs would fill up with water while showering and the curtain liner was filthy. We found a pain pill laying in our little girls room that they were going to be sleeping in. If one of them had taken it, they could have gotten seriously hurt. The kitchen was filthy, coffee maker was full of coffee grounds, silverware was filthy and had to be cleaned before use. Every morning we were awoken at 5:30am by loud construction outside our home and it would go on for hours. Had an awful experience.
