Great condo
My cousin and I have stayed in this condo 3x and love it every time. It’s well decorated/clean, nice view of the ocean and comfortable bed/pillows. There has been a small amount of laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. which is really nice when a person is flying in. Beach sunrises are gorgeous and worth waking up early for 😎

Beautiful condo
Beautifully decorated condo. Perfect for a couple. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. Great communication with the host - restaurant recommendations, checking in to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. Loved the anniversary cookies waiting for us upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this condo. We hope to stay there again.

Milestone Birthday Celebration
We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate one of those milestone birthdays. The condo was perfect for our needs. Well stocked and clean. Beach, shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. Nice place to stay.

The villa was very clean and just right for me and husband celebrating my birthday. It had everything we needed with access to the elevator, pool, parking and the beach all very close. Also very close to to Coligny. We never had to drive anywhere once we arrived. Of course the beaches are in HH are beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!! A Brief Getaway
My husband and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the close proximity to Coligny Plaza. You can see the ocean from the balcony as the pictures indicated. The condo was as pictured and clean. Loved having a king bed that was very comfortable. The tea kettle and small coffee pot were a nice surprise. The sunny, protected pool area was a nice place to read since the beach was very windy and chilly. Nice place for a couple and sure beats a hotel in space and price!

Perfect little spot on the beach!
Our family of 4 has been coming to Hilton Head for the last 4 years. We like staying at Sea Side Villas because of its location to the beach, the boat playground, and Coligny! This villa is super cute, comfortable king bed (my favorite), and has everything you need when staying to vacation at the beach with kids.

Great beach getaway
We had a quick but fantastic time staying at HHI. The condo is located in a great area and a few steps to the beach. The space was super clean and organized, with modern design and amenities. The king bed was super comfortable and my 12 yr old had a great night sleeping in the sofa bed. Kendall was super responsive and very generous throughout our stay. We will definitely consider staying there again soon!

Quick & Easy Get-Away
I’ve stayed in this area a lot, and the location of the Vrbo works excellent for my needs. Proximity to the beach is amazing, it is just down the stairs from the condo, the king bed is comfortable, the kitchen and living space is perfect for a quick and easy get-away. Just a few things; it would be nice if in the living space with the ottoman there was a smaller table besides the one under the TV + a table out on the balcony, & additionally if the kitchen included clips to keep bags of chips or snacks shut. I would stay here again.

Great location! The villa was amazing, perfect for two of us.
The villa was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and had recently been renovated. Location is walkable to restaurants and shopping. The owners were amazing to work with. Everything was as described and we even stayed an extra day. Will definitely be returning!

Wow, 2 stars, well I guess there is a first time for everything. I am sorry you were disappointed but the pictures are exactly as is, I make sure of that because I don't want anyone to be unsatisfied with their choice. The square footage is clearly stated on the website, I am sorry you did not read it fully. Seaside is a great value for the money. You will not find another oceanfront complex on the island for what you paid! Really sad that you gave this beautiful villa 2 stars because you didn't fully read the website :(

Very nice area and easy to walk to Coligny Plaza to eat and shop. Comfortable space for two adults, may be tight for a family. Bed was comfortable. Condo was clean, decorated nicely and had a well equipped kitchen. We only had trouble with the gate code coming from the beach (others had trouble too). But wasn’t a big problem since there was another entrance on down the walkway that didn’t have a lock

The property is lovely, clean and tidy. The complex itself is remarkably quiet at night. This location is within walking distance to several restaurants & bars, or you can just sit on the patio. Nice up-to-date condo - great location!
Overall, my husband and I had a great experience staying here. The condo was well designed with a very efficient use of space and we enjoyed that everything had been newly renovated - including fixtures and appliances. It reminded me of a contemporary European apartment - tastefully furnished and decorated. We arrived after dark, so it was a little difficult to find the right building (went to the wrong one at first) and unit - we had to walk a few hallways to get to it. Once we settled in and we found the nearest stairway and elevator, the access to the unit and parking was great. The complex seemed to be private enough but just a short walk or drive to restaurants, stores and the beach. The only thing that needed to be corrected was one of the beach chairs was broken, but not a problem for us since we brought our own folding chairs. We will definitely keep this place in mind when visiting the area again!

The nicest unit we have stayed in at Seaside. Every inch, from moldings to comfy king bed with nice bedding, was done. The kitchen was perfect - the appliances, the dishes, - everything new! We look forward to a return visit to this same unit!

A Nice Little Place to Get Away
We enjoyed the closeness of the ocean first and foremost. The condo was fairly clean, except for the dishes which the renters are trusted to clean and return to the cabinets before they leave. Due to virus concerns, it would make me feel more comfortable knowing those in charge of cleaning took care of the dishes. The floors could also use a deep cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at this updated and trendy condo.

I understand your concerns but we take cleaning and safety of guests extremely important. Every touchable surface is sanitized with bleach before each guest arrives. My cleaners do not have time to re-clean every dish after each guest, so I would hope that if renters had concerns if something wasn't washed properly by a previous guest they would re-wash it themselves. Otherwise it would probably cost $200 per cleaning per guest to hire people to just clean the dishes. But I understand your concerns. Glad you enjoyed!
