Plaats! Plaats! Plaats! Grote 1500 m² Villa, 9 slaapplaatsen. Volledig gerenoveerd en professioneel ingericht 3 slaapkamers, 2 ½ bad stadshuis met een ongedwongen strand cottage gevoel. Op een steenworp afstand van Coligny Plaza met meer dan 60 winkels en restaurants. Slechts een korte wandeling (1 ½ blokken) naar het ruime en open strand en het nieuwe Coligny Beach Park (een must-see) met prachtige hardhouten promenade, douches, kleedkamers, prieel en fontein in geiserstijl.

Twee grote slaapkamers met kingsize bedden en 46 "HDTV's met Blu-Ray-speler. Ruime kamer met dubbel stapelbed om comfortabel te slapen vier. Extra kamer / studeerkamer met queensize bed.

Open studeerkamer, eetkamer en keuken. Den biedt een geweldige vergaderruimte met walk-out naar patio en op slechts een steenworp afstand van het zwembad. 50-inch HDTV (met Blu-Ray-speler) zichtbaar boven faux open haard.

Eetkamer biedt comfortabel plaats aan acht rond de grote familie tafel. Keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat nieuw is inclusief roestvrijstalen keukenhulp smooth-top bereik met warmhoudlade, granieten aanrecht, open rekken in Frans land, etc.

Prive-terras met eettafel met parasol. Wasruimte met nieuwe full-size wasmachine en droger naast elkaar. Groot (ca. 1500 sf) stadshuis met 3 verdiepingen heeft een balkon of terras op alle niveaus met uitzicht op het zwembad.

U hoeft niet meer in uw auto te stappen zodra u hier bent! Wandel en fiets overal vanaf deze geweldige locatie! Fietsverhuur naast de deur op Coligny Plaza. Gezinsvriendelijke fiets- / wandelpaden rondom met gemakkelijke toegang tot het eiland en het strand. Golfbanen binnen een mijl of twee - Shipyard en Sea Pines Golf. Alles wat je nodig hebt binnen handbereik - supermarkt, restaurants, strand, theater, paviljoen, park, winkelen, etc.

Our two families visited Hilton Head for fall break and the accommodations were perfect. The villa has three stories so privacy wasn’t an issue. The two full baths one on each upper level was ideal and worked well with two families. The location was great, steps to bike rentals, Coligny with shops and restaurants, the beach was an easy walk or short bike ride, although we rode bikes to the Coligny public beach area which was only a couple minutes further. The villa was clean, the host was quick to respond, (we didn’t have any issues just questions), and it was well equipped for cooking, etc Absolutely perfect for a short trip, park the car and walk/ride everywhere.

We loved this place! The set up with the two different floors for the bedrooms and bathrooms was great! Things that would make this a five star listing would be: having beach chairs on property to use and more outlets or charging stations. Loved seeing the local alligator at the nearby pond and being able to walk to restaurants and shops!

Absolutely Wonderful!

My family and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! We were impressed right away with the location of the unit! It is so close to Coligny Plaza and the beach! We walked everywhere! We also loved how homey the place felt and the pool area in the back was beautiful! I spent every morning drinking my coffee at the table on the back patio admiring nature! The complex was very quiet and it was so nice to just have the patio and front screen door open! The breeze flew through the place!The owner, John, was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond! We appreciated that so much! Thank you!We would definitely stay again and probably bring more family with us next time! This time around it was just my husband and out two little ones (11 months and 2) but the unit can sleep and fit way more comfortably!

Great set up in a great location

This condo was perfect for us and our friends. The 2 master bedrooms plus the kids room with dual bunk beds, along with the top floor loft gave everyone the space we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Location is perfect to walk to so many places in Coligny and we were able to walk to the beach as well.
