A private heated pool awaits, with heating available for an additional fee when arranged in advance of your stay. The adjoining dock is perfect for launching kayaks, paddleboards, or simply watching sunrise over the water. A covered patio and outdoor dining area let you enjoy meals al fresco while the island breeze drifts by.



Kitchen & dining

The fully renovated kitchen features high‑end appliances, ample counter space, and a large island that encourages family cooking together. Adjacent dining areas accommodate group meals, and a casual breakfast bar offers a spot for quick bites.

Every reservation is required to complete a quick Guest Portal before check-in. It's a secure external link we'll send you shortly after booking, and it's also where you'll find all your check-in details - including your all-important door code.



The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:



1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

The Neighborhood:

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort and the ultimate vacation destination. An 11-mile lagoon provides a leisurely day of canoeing or kayaking. Golf, tennis, biking & more! This is a gated community.



Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.



Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service

Free shuttle service. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service provides complimentary transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove Harbor. Don't worry about renting a car or spending money on getting to and from all the amenities and things to do at Palmetto Dunes. The shuttle service will take you to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. It will also bring you to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and the Plaza. This area is bustling and offers plenty of activities and things to do just off-site. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available seasonally from April to September. Each van is dispatched on a first-come, first serve basis by request. Typically vans arrive within 10 minutes of a call.
