Huntington Villa, dicht bij strand en zwembad, op Broad Creek

Onze villa is volledig gerenoveerd, voltooid in februari 2016. Nieuwe vloeren, keuken, slaapkamers, badkamers, meubels, armaturen en apparaten. Alle werkbladen in keuken en badkamers zijn graniet. Bezoek een van de meest gewenste vakantielocaties aan de oostkust en verblijf op een van de meest gewenste locaties, Huntington Villas.

Deze prachtig aangelegde villa met twee verdiepingen is volledig ingericht en ligt op ongeveer 200 meter van het strand en op slechts een steenworp afstand van het verwarmde privézwembad dat alleen voor Huntington-gasten is. Een open plattegrond met een slaapkamer beneden met een kingsize bed, een volledige douche, bevindt zich aan de Broad Creek-waterweg, een onderling verbonden waterweg van 11 mijl. Vissen en kajak varen in de waterweg is toegestaan. Een van de slaapkamers boven heeft een queensize bed met volledige douche. De derde slaapkamer, boven gelegen, heeft twee aparte bedden met ligbad. Het hoogste niveau heeft volledige keuken voorzieningen met half bad uit keuken. Woonkamer, eetkamer en ontbijtbar ook op de begane grond.

En er is een serre naast de eetkamer die uitkijkt op Broad Creek, ideaal om te lezen en te genieten van het uitzicht op het water. Slaapkamers, serre, woonkamer hebben allemaal een flatscreen-tv.

Naast het zwembad en het strand zijn er drie 18-holes PGA-golfbanen in Palmetto Dunes en op slechts enkele minuten van de Villa, Fazio, Trent Jones en Arthur Hills. Het Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center (gerangschikt in de top 50 in de Verenigde Staten) ligt binnen een mijl van de Villa, heeft 23 gravel en twee hardcourt.

Winkelen is dichtbij op het hele eiland, Shelter Cove Marina bevindt zich aan de overkant van de ingang van Palmetto Dunes, waar u geweldige winkels en eetgelegenheden vindt. Palmetto Dunes gratis pendeldienst is beschikbaar (april tot september) om u door Palmetto Dunes en Shelter Cove gebieden te vervoeren.

Great Stay

Pictures do not do this place justice. Clean, well lit, stocked & spacious. Public beach access is essentially right across the street. Pool is about a 30 second walk from the front door. Perfect location. Rich was extremely responsive & proactive about check in process. Would definitely stay here again. If I had to nitpick anything I would say linens could be updated & could use a few more trash cans in bathrooms & bedrooms but our family really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great villa!

The villa is very clean and well decorated, nicer even than what appears on the photos. Fully equipped kitchen and TVs in every bedroom. Short walk to the beach, 5 minutes or so. Very convenient to the community pool and hot tub, across the parking area. Great communication with the host and easy check-in and check-out, no crazy requests like some hosts. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! House was perfect for our family of 6! Pictures don’t do it justice… the pictures make it look much darker than it is. It’s actually FULL of light with great views of the lagoon and an awesome skylight over the master shower (loved that)! The whole house is very comfortable and the finishes and furnishings were very nice and upscale! Great layout with each bedroom having their own bath and an extra half bath on the 1st floor. Also loved the location with easy pool and beach access and the kids loved riding bikes to the General Store every day! Owner very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place for families on Hilton Head!

This location was perfect, quiet and away from the bustle but minutes from the beach and everything we wanted to enjoy. Rich and his manager were very responsive when we had wifi issues (due to weather) and easy to communicate with. The place was spacious with lovely view. Could add a few more items to stock tbe place but nothing major. Would happily stay there again.

LOVE this property!

We just returned from our 4th year in this condo and the owner and property continue to meet all of our needs. The location is close to the pool and the beach. The unit is comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. The owner is extremely communicative and responsive. The people in the surrounding units are respectful and friendly.

As a family of 5 we struggle with finding affordable places with plenty of room within a short walk to the beach. This listing has been one of our best experiences. It was just a short walk to the beach and had plenty of room for our family. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Great vacation. Townhouse was beautiful. Perfect for my family of 5. Updated finishes and appliances. Pool right around the corner. Short walk to beach. Rich was very responsive to all my questions. The only negative comment and I am knit picking here is that the $25 parking pass should have been included in the rental fee.

Great house, responsive owner!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was the perfect size for a family of 5. The updates are very nice and it’s a great location, just about 5 min walk to the beach and easy bike ride to the general store and tennis courts. Somehow, VRBO did not let the owners know we had booked the house so we did not receive check in information and the house was not ready for us. The owner was incredibly responsive and got his cleaning crew to the house that night! They did a great job and we felt comfortable moving in right after. The owner even sent a sweet treat to us the next day for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

This is our second time renting this condo and we have decided it is the perfect vacation rental for our family. The location is fabulous with it's proximity to the ocean and the pool. The condo is comfortably decorated, furnished with all of the dishes and amenities needed and the owner is excellent in communicating. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. We would plan future trips to Hilton Head based upon the availability of this unit. Looking forward to next year.

Very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for the Leamington beach access walkway.

Excellent rental experience. No hassle and everything was neat and clean. We enjoyed our beautiful week on the island and this rental. One of my favorites and we have been renting for approximately the last 15 years in Palmetto Dunes.
