Luxury Sea Pines Home, Pool, Hot Tub, Arcade

Our beautifully updated Sea Pines retreat is thoughtfully designed for relaxing coastal getaways with family and friends. The home comfortably sleeps up to nine guests, featuring a unique bunk room with three twin beds and a queen bed.

Enjoy your own private backyard oasis with a fenced pool and a luxurious 75-jet hot tub with lounge seating. Inside, you’ll find stylish furnishings, comfortable gathering spaces, and fun for all ages with a commercial-quality arcade featuring over 3,500 games.

The beach is easily accessible via the bike path right beside the home — just an 8-minute walk or a quick 4-minute bike ride to the sand.

Rental fee does not include gate passes for Sea Pines. (Sea Pines has made it quite complicated for us to purchase them for you.) You can purchase a week long pass as you enter at the gate. The current rate is $30 per week per car.
In colder months, pool heat can be added for a fee.

Our host was very quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location in Sea Pines. We walked to the beach and rode bikes to South beach and Harbour Town in about 10-15 minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing stay for the second time around! House had everything needed, was clean, and the perfect amount of space for our family. Our son loved the arcade game, heated pool, and hot tub. Great Family Friendly Location

We had a great stay, the location was centrally located in Sea Pines, a short bike ride away from the beach and shops. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a nice addition. The property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The owners were very nice and responsive. The location was in a quiet area of SeaPines. The beach was within an easy 10 minute walk. We had a wonderful stay. The host was very easy to communicate with. The home was lovely and had everything we needed and more. The beach was a short easy bike ride, even our 7 year old had no problem making the trip. We loved riding all over Sea Pines on the bike trails. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the petting zoo. We also enjoyed playing putt putt and visiting Harbor Town.We would definitely rent this home again in the future!

Perfect spot!

This place was perfect for our two families and sets of 4 and 2 year olds. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach with a few bikes. Every amenity you need is there and then some. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We would absolutely book this place again!
