2 Lookout in Hilton Head's Palmetto Dunes Resort area will be your family's next premier vacation destination. The owners of this home completed an extensive renovation and redecorating. This home offers a spectacular outdoor space, unparalleled amenities and is located just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach!

This spacious and beautifully updated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is ready for vacationers in June 2023. It features all new furniture, paint, fixtures and so much more. The owners of 2 Lookout have meticulously curated the home to provide coastal-style comfort and luxury for guests.

The primary suite has a king bed and private bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate tiled walk-in shower. The 2nd guest bedroom has a king bed and private bath as well. The 3rd bedroom king bed and a private bathroom with a stand alone tub and a walk-in shower The 4th guest room has a queen/twin bunk, as well as a set of twin bunks. The 5th bedroom has a king bed and a day bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share access to a bathroom.

In addition to the luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms, guests have access to a dedicated office space and sunroom with sweeping views of the lagoon, as well as a well-stocked kitchen and multiple dining spaces. There is also a ping pong table and a pool table in the garage area for added enjoyment.

The outdoor space is sure to please with a large pool, spa*, outdoor kitchen and dining area, kayaks and dock located on one of Palmetto Dune's famed lagoons. (Pool and spa heat available for an additional fee.)

Max occupancy is 13 adults, 2 kids.

The Hilton Head Palmetto Dunes resort area sits oceanfront with 3 miles of white sandy beach, 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, pickleball and tennis courts, extending to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.

Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premier beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Discover a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, colorful yachts anchored in the marina and a beachfront bar and restaurant at Dunes House, all easily accessed by the free Dunes Buggy shuttle service in the summer season.

Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Passes are charged per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
