This Forest Gardens Villa has just undergone a complete renovation. New flooring, furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen, everything is brand new. The bright and airy unit has a modern and tasteful decor, with nautical colors, beautiful custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz. No expense was spared in this renovation.

Featuring a King bed in the master, with an en suite bath, a Queen in the 2nd bedroom, along with a 2nd full bath in the hallway, this unit sleeps 4 comfortably for a relaxing family vacation. New flat screen televisions in both bedrooms as well as the living room will suit all of your multimedia needs. Just steps from this unit is a beach path that leads right to the Atlantic Ocean. This unit also features a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

This villa includes 4 backpack beach chairs as well as a beach cart left at the villa, so you can be sitting on the beach within minutes of starting your vacation! This unit also includes 4 free Adult Bicycles from South Beach Cycles which are left at the unit.

The community pool is a short walk, and this unit is conveniently located within walking distance of both the Circle Center and Coligny Plaza. With over 100 shops and restaurants, the South Forest Beach area is the place to be for vacation on Hilton Head Island. The unit was nicely updated. The bikes were at the unit when we arrived. The beach wagon and chairs came in very handy. Had an issue with the ice machine. Outstanding response by the property mgt group- It was addressed the same day. I would stay here again.

Nice condo
Recent Reno done on the property . Overall we were very pleased with our stay . One note . It was described to us by Island Rentals as backing onto a wooded lot . In fact , there are a few bamboo trees then the Best Western parking lot . It wasn’t too bothersome , but nonetheless , an inaccurate description.

Labor Day Weekend Stay
My husband, adult son and I stayed at 92 Forest Gardens for the long holiday weekend. The unit was a bit difficult to find but not a big deal. Upon arrival the air condition was not working. I called and even though it was after 5pm, maintenance was sent out immediately. It was working by the time we got back from dinner. The washing machine was also not working as it had a faulty lid lock. Again maintenance came out immediately while we were at the beach This time they actually broke the lid lock so the lid would close all the way. That allowed the washing machine to run but not spin. Management offered to provide us with a laundry service if need be. That was very nice but for a weekend we were fine. The unit was clean and there were ample supplies for what you needed. The chairs and beach wagon were great for the roughly 10 minute walk to the beach. Pool was nice as well. The master bed was a bit sunken in the middle and not comfortable sadly.

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach wagon with big wheels came in very handy. Although we brought our own beach chairs, the ones in condo would be fine. We went for bike rides each day. The weather was beautiful with a couple of late afternoon showers. We enjoyed fresh seafood at several of our favorite restaurants. I would stay at this unit again.

Great week
Very pleased with this villa! Everything was very clean and updated like the listing states. I was worried with two teenagers that the living area might be a little tight, but it was just fine. We ate most meals in, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at the villa. The bikes were everything! Our girls were on them constantly and they were nice to have when there was no parking to be found at a lot of places (don't even try to drive to The Bank). We love that that there is a nice wagon/cart to help with luggage, groceries, the walk to the beach, etc. They also have a nice umbrella and four backpack-carry beach chairs to use. Besides needing a few things at the grocery store (do NOT go on Saturday when you arrive- chaos), we needed for nothing while there. Hope to come back!
