  • Locatie, locatie, locatie .... Boek 'Dunes Edge' en zijn halverwege tussen Coligny Circle en Sea Pines Ocean Gate ... De villa beschikt over nieuwe granieten-tops, 2 flatscreen HD-tv's (een is 46 ') en nieuwe vloeren. Het is een korte wandeling naar het strand, ligt dicht bij het zwembad, en is zeer prive!

    Er is gereserveerde parkeerplaats bij de voordeur van deze derde rij villa! Deze zeer prive boven, end toestel is zo mooi ingericht dat je direct thuis zal voelen. De keuken is vrij groot, dus als je wilt om te koken, terwijl je op het strand vindt u onder de indruk van de grootte en de afspraken zijn.

    In vijf minuten, kunt u lopen naar een van de mooiste stukken van het strand op het eiland. Het is waar de laatste badmeester stand is gelegen, zodat u kunt meedoen aan het plezier van het strand of genieten van de minder drukke strand onder onze Alder Lane toegang. We hebben het strand fietsen ter plaatse. De beroemde Hilton Head fietspaden lopen in alle vier richtingen van onze villa. Er zijn uitstekende openbare voorzieningen zoals u de promenade en toegang tot het zwembad en restaurants "Poolbar Jims" in te voeren, dus je kan de dag blijven zonder terug te keren naar de villa. U kunt ook lopen of fietsen naar restaurants en activiteiten op Coligny Circle of bent u bij de Sea Pines Ocean Gate in ongeveer 5 minuten!

    Om zoveel redenen, zal je terug naar Dunes Villas keer op keer komen!

    Let op, tijdens de wintermaanden vragen we een 2 maand minimum verblijf. Als uw verblijf is inclusief de maand maart, het tarief voor maart is $ 2.500. 00

The property was fantastic! Donna called a couple wks before our check-in to go over everything and let me know she'd email me over the specifics like the house code and wifi information. There was plenty of room for our family of 5! Location to the beach was great and we took advantage of it daily! We were very close to everything else like shopping and dining. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Spring Break

We had a great time. The host was very helpful prior to our stay. We found one of the best attributes of the property was its location. We rode bikes everywhere and really enjoyed the beach, shops, restaurants and all the other great places.

Great Stay!

This home was wonderful for my large family! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen was excellent for cooking our meals. It also was a convenient walk to the beach. Overall, I would return and recommend to others.

Beautiful place in Hilton Head!

We loved our stay at Donna's property in Hilton Head. She was super communicative and easy to work with. The place was even nicer than in the pictures. The pool was great and the beach was a nice 5-7 minute walk down the lovely shaded pathways throughout the island. Definitely would stay here again!

A Great Find

We loved staying at this cozy condo with easy (and pleasant!) beach access. The space was perfect for our family. Donna was always prompt and thorough in communicating with us. We hope to return!

Great find! Super communicative owner. Beautifully updated and quaint condo. Family of 5 with three teens, enough seating for all. Definitely would return.

Rainy week in Hilton Head

The condo was great: plenty of space, comfy furniture and beds, quiet neighborhood! Bike trails were awesome, but weather didn’t cooperate. Only short rides between deluges. The sun did come out the last day and we had an awesome day. Will go back and stay there again.

Perfect for our family of 4

This was the perfect rental for our family's week at Hilton Head. The unit was clean, uncluttered, and nicely decorated. Our kids loved having easy access to the pool. The location was convenient to Coligny Plaza, the public playground, and Sea Pines. It was an easy walk to the beach, and compared to other units this size, it was very reasonably priced. We will look for this rental again the next time we visit HHI.

Hilton Head stay

Very clean property, amenities just as described, kitchen well stocked in case you are missing anything. Extra towels and blankets for us. Bunk beds worked well for the kids. Extra beach supplies were included on the patio which helped a ton. The beach access was an easy walk and had lifeguards and rental chair/umbrella available. Nice pool with the complex. Was a great trip.

Just a hidden little gem!

My husband and I really enjoyed our seamless 12 night stay in G2 at The Dunes. The property is just a little bit “off the beaten path” which made for a very nice quiet & relaxing spot with very easy access to the beach, walking/biking trails, the property pool and church. The condo owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a very positive experience! We look forward to returning!

Perfect Location

Our family had a comfortable stay in this refreshed condo. The location is as good as it gets without being ocean front, only a short walk across the road to the beach. This condo is an upstairs unit with another condo below and one across. Our stay was quiet, but we were the only family in the building. Only downside is tight parking. It is what it is, but very tight for big SUVs. We plan to go back for years to come.

First time away since pandemic!

This vacation was well needed and a long time coming. My husband and I are avid retired travelers So we chose HHI to get our feet wet and return to action! The property is a well kept upstairs unit that fit us perfectly. It was clean, quiet , cozy and comfortable. The short walk to the beach makes this property an ideal location. The host, Donna, was stellar in communicating with us, as hurricane Ivan decided to show up on the day we were due to leave (go figure). Donna reached out, we made the necessary adjustments and it ALL worked out! She was my calm in the storm. Without a doubt I would stay here again on our next visit. Thank you Donna for making our first visit to your island an enjoyable one.
