2 Bed/2 Bath Villa Centrally Located Near Coligny Beach, Rooftop Pool and Spa

Enjoy this updated beach villa featuring new appliances and furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar set up for dining in or making a snack to go! Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms accommodate five comfortably plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. A private balcony for relaxing outside is right off the living room.

North Shore Place is conveniently located to the beach and Coligny Plaza, home to several restaurants and shops. Enjoy the rooftop pool and with plenty of lounge chairs.

North Shore Place 208 is the perfect retreat to be close to everything and away from it all.
The formal dining area features a beautiful round glass table with seating for six. The adjacent galley-style kitchen is defined by a long curved dining/serving counter, with four barstools, and is fully equipped for all of your perfect family meals. A stack washer/dryer is discreetly placed in a nearby closet.

The living room is tastefully decorated with a full-size sofa, which doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, three arm chairs, an entertainment center with large flat screen TV and DVD player, and features two large windows and a door to the balcony. The view from both the living room and the balcony is of large palm trees, which appear to be a planned extension of the interior decor. The balcony also has an outdoor dining table for four and two comfortable lounge chair.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a door to the balcony, and a private bath with a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen and one twin bed, a TV, a sunny courtyard view, and a private bath.

North Shore Place is a beautiful new complex in North Forest Beach, just across the street from the ocean and beside Coligny Plaza. The complex features a 4th-floor rooftop pool, a landscaped inner courtyard, and beach access through the Sea Crest complex across the street, as well as the use of Sea Crest's oceanfront guest pool.

Nice and convenient

The condo is clean, comfortable, and at a great location. We did have a little difficulty getting all the tv's to work. One remote was under a bed and it took us a while to find it. I did communicate with the hosts and they replied in a timely manner, but by that time, we had found the remote and figured it out.

Condo was beautiful, but pool and hot tub situation was very disappointing

This is our 5th time staying in a condo unit at North Shore and this unit was lovely. The interior was nicely updated and the room setups worked great for myself, my husband and our two boys. The only issue we had which was very disappointing is the hot tub heater was broken the whole time we were there and the pool was freezing. We had not been informed that the hot tub was broken prior to our arrival and the property manager said they were not aware of the matter until we called. The gate code we were provided at Sea Crest did not work on the pool we supposedly had access to either. Overall we loved the interior and layout to the condo. The location of the condo complex is fantastic as there are shops, restaurants and the ocean all within very short walking distance. Just disappointed that the hot tub and pool were a bust as this is a big reason we stay at North Shore with our kids.

A Wonderful Week at the Beach

Our family spent a terrific week in this condo for Spring Break. We have 4 young children, so the unit suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals, the balcony was a very nice size and was great to enjoy breakfast or some yoga, and the living space was very comfortable. The beach is one block away, and an easy walk, which we made several times per day. The condo is in a great location, close to the shops, grocery store, restaurants and a giant park with a really neat playground. We are already looking forward to another stay here!

Awesome location, beautiful home

We were looking for something within walking distance to shops, restaurants and most importantly, the beach. This property fit the bill! It's simply but beautifully decorated and has ALL the things you need for a comfortable stay. It was very clean came with loads of dinner and drinkware as well as a huge variety of cookware if you want to eat in. It's a quick, 1-block walk to a great beach and right in the heart of all you could want/need, including a grocery store and liquor store in quick walking distance. We were there while the building wasn't fully occupied and it was pretty quiet - not sure how it would be when busy. The balcony was great to have as well although it didn't provide much privacy if that's what you want. You really can't go wrong with this one!

We Love North Shore

We have stayed at North Shore since the year it opened and experienced several different properties. We stayed in 208 this year and would stay here again. The property has been updated, but the primary bathroom is long past due. I love the barn door that was added for more privacy. The carpet in the bedrooms should be replaced. No one likes carpet at the beach. We had a problem with gnats. It wasn’t food because they were happily living in the primary shower as well as the kitchen sink. The bed in the primary bedroom has long surpassed the soft stage and is downright mushy. The patio furniture is plentiful and uncomfortable. If you charge a premium price then provide a premium experience. I did not realize that we no longer had access to the SeaCrest pool and gym, but that is on me. The exit gate in the garage was stuck open from Thursday until at least our exit today.

Great location

Amazing location next to coligny and short walk to beach and sea crest pool! Condo was clean and comfortable. The only thing that i can add is that i wish they would put curtains in the master bedroom. It lets in a lot of early morning sun. Would recommend and stay here again!
