Super mooi en bijgewerkt, nieuw gerenoveerd, nieuw meubilair, nieuwe verf, nieuwe plafondventilatoren, 1 minuut lopen naar Coligny Beach, gratis lidmaatschap van de sportschool dat net in de straat is! Deze eenheid is ongelooflijk schoon en goed gevuld.
Nieuwer queensize bed in de slaapkamer en er is veel bergruimte. Dit apparaat heeft ook een zeer mooi balkon met zitplaatsen en een geweldig uitzicht op de oceaan! Er zijn liften doorheen complex evenals wasserette op elk niveau. Er is een zeer groot privézwembad met ligstoelen, tafels en parasols. Dit is een VEILIG gated complex. Je hebt directe toegang tot het strand op een promenade, met buitendouches. Er is een nieuwer zonnedek aan zee met ligstoelen en een leuke schommel! BBQ en picknickplaats zijn beschikbaar voor uw gebruik en zijn uitgebreid en worden elke dag schoongemaakt! DEZE EENHEID KOMT MET 4 NIEUWE STRANDSTOELEN EN UMBRELLA EN 2 FIETSEN !!

Great little condo

Nice condo. Very small but we were only 2 people so that was fine. Not fancy but clean. There wasn’t any shampoo but I had my own. Very close to the beach!

Great stay in a perfect little condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this Seaside condo. The place was very convenient, safe, and it was a beautiful property. The location of the complex was perfect. It was great for riding bikes up to Coligny plaza, with easy access to the beach, and the traffic wasn't too bad. The pool was really nice and it was shady in the morning and late afternoon. Never crowded when we went. The balcony was great. The view was nice. Everything in the condo was clean and comfortable. Our little family had a great stay. The check-in process, the communication with the owners, and the overall stay was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

Memorial Day Weekend Get Away

The location of the condo was great and the place was clean and neat. Upon arrival we received an email with all the information we needed except the gate code to enter the parking lot and the beach access gate. When we called the property manager, she immediately told me that it was in the second paragraph of the email, which it was not. She did go ahead and gave me the parking lot code. Also my fiancee asked about if there were additional towels and she let us know that this was not a hotel and that the towels provided were just to cover a day or two. I have read the other reviews about this place and notice a trend of people complaining about no gate code provided and also how the property manager replies to the complaints people have, she makes it seem like it's everyone else's fault they can't read emails or it's not a hotel. Also, we had to get the beach access code from another tenant, and one bicycle seat would start turning upward while riding it and it could not be used. Overall this was a good condo and great location. Not so pleasant communication though. So please go ahead with your sarcasm reply.

Very nice condo

The property and location we excellent. The "ocean view" is a bit of an exaggeration. The only bad thing i have to say is they didn't send the gate code at the same time they sent the condo and beach code. We had to wait almost 2 hours to check into the condo. Definitely need to change how they do that as I read the same complaint on an earlier review.

Close to all that Coligny area offers

Small, mostly clean. The bed is comfortable. It was on the first floor and was very quiet. Appreciated the bikes that were in good working order-used them a couple of days. Loved the private, gated beach. Has a pool but we didn’t use. The balcony overlooked the parking lot -the ocean was further down on the side. The bathroom had extra shelving to store our toiletries which was great. The condo is within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

My boyfriend and I had the most lovely time in Hilton Head. The bikes offered by the host were so nice and the convenience to the plaza was so nice. We rode the bikes to get coffee and breakfast. The condo also came with chairs for the beach which were so nice. Over we had an amazing weekend and had amazing meals recommended by the host!

Lori's property was great for a long weekend getaway. Great rate and perfect location with private beach access. Also within walking/biking distance to Coligny Park and numerous shops and restaurants. We will definitely look to visit again!
