Voordat we het huis beschrijven, bespreken we eerst de locatie. Er is een reden dat huizen aan de oceaan in North Forest Beach en South Forest Beach zo populair zijn bij Hilton Head Island vakanties. Met de nabijheid van de prachtige winkels, restaurants en watergaten (zoals de wereldberoemde Tiki Hut, Sand Bar en Pool Bar Jim's at Seacrest), in het Coligny Plaza-gebied, dit is waar je wilt zijn om het meeste eruit te halen van uw Hilton Head Island vakantie. Laat je auto op de oprit en wandel of fietstocht naar alles, inclusief het prachtige strand. En onze South Forest Beach-locatie biedt gemakkelijke wandel- of fietstocht toegang tot de schoonheid en elegantie van Sea Pines en de aanbevolen attracties, zoals Harbourtown, South Beach en Sea Pines Beach Club.

Perfect voor grote families met meerdere generaties of een vriendenkring, u zult genieten van het ruime, rustige en rustige strand direct voor het huis, het grote, verwarmde zwembad (tegen betaling), met royale patio en het spectaculaire uitzicht vanaf de twee verhoogde balkons.

Enter Cassina Palms op de begane grond en u vindt 1 slaapkamer met 2 aparte bedden en toegang tot de patio, 2 volledige badkamers en een wasmachine / droger. Dit niveau bevat ook de speelkamer met tafeltennistafel. Loop direct de achterdeur uit naar uw privézwembad en grote patio.

De 2e verdieping beschikt over een grote gastronomische keuken met high-end apparatuur, een eethoek en twee aparte woonkamers, evenals 3 slaapkamers en 2 volledige badkamers. De slaapkamer met uitzicht op de oceaan is uitgerust met queensize bedden en heeft een glazen schuifdeur met uitzicht op de oceaan en een eigen badkamer. De andere 2 slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met queensize bedden en delen een complete badkamer met extra grote douche. De muur van ramen met uitzicht op de oceaan in de woon- en eetruimtes is adembenemend! Drie glazen schuifdeuren bieden gemakkelijke toegang tot het balkon, waar u kunt genieten van uw favoriete plengoffer terwijl u geniet van de overvloedige zon en het prachtige uitzicht op de oceaan.

De kinderen brengen? Het derde niveau biedt een perfect uitje voor kinderen en een slaapgedeelte met twee aparte bedden met twee onderschuifbedden eronder, een aparte zithoek met een televisie met groot scherm en een tweepersoons slaapbank, een eigen terras met uitzicht op de oceaan met terras en een DELUXE-master. slaapkamer met kingsize bed, grote inloopkasten, een eigen balkon en een luxe over-the-top bad met douche. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The LOCATION of the house is absolutely amazing!! Direct view to the beach, no house in between. The house has so many living areas and balconies to enjoy. The downstairs game room is great. Pool was clean and in good condition. The house has 5 bathrooms; on main floor, there are two bedrooms that share one bath and lower floor has two bathrooms. Kitchen is great and has all appliances and additions. Really fun to cook in. Master bedroom floor is HUGE with dream sized tub and closet.Few maintenance items that we noticed were communicated to owner but none were deal breaker. Owner has taken good care of the house! We’ll def recommend this place.

An beautiful place to stay

We are lucky enough to rent a lot of homes for vacations and this one was one of my favorites. The house was great, well stocked with kitchen tools, dishes, blankets and towels. We appreciated high end touches like the ice maker, powerful blender, and pots big enough to do a seafood boil at home.The beds and furniture were high quality and super comfortable, and the space fit our group of 8 perfectly. Brian was very responsive when we needed something the first day. I was a little worried that we would miss seeing the full ocean with the house being set back, but that’s wasn’t at all the case. The view is truly spectacular and the beautiful lawn only adds to it!We rented bikes and rode to the grocery store, dinner and shops at different times during the week. The location was great. Our whole group loved it, and thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head!

Perfect spot

We visited for a wedding and this spot was perfect - although a little chilly in Feb it felt great to walk on the beach with the dogs and enjoy the salt air. The location, backyard landscaping and beach access are the best. The house was very comfortable, clean and lots of options for sitting and sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Getaway

we were very happy with the house. it had plenty of room for us, our 3 kids and spouses, my nephew and my 90 year old dad, loved the closeness to the ocean and also relaxing in the pool. we will definitely come back here on our next Hilton Head vacation. the host was extremely easy to get ahold of. if you have a small group, look into this location!!!

Great property!

Cassina Palms is located in a premier location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Our group of 10 family and friends enjoyed the large oceanfront home with pool. We only ate 1 meal out the entire week as the kitchen was very accommodating for meals for large groups. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and uncrowded. Brian, the property manager was promt and attentive and took care of any and all needs. We are all looking forward to next year's visit!

We recently hosted our beach wedding at this stunning Vrbo property, and it was absolutely wonderful. Gorgeous oceanfront house

The property and home were stunning and more than enough room for 12 of us! Easy bike to Caligney and Sea Pines. Access to ocean was not only beautifully landscaped but right in the backyard! Highly recommend!

Old House

House is in a great location which we have stayed in Hilton for several years on family vacation. The location of this house is awesome…..beach is great and within walking distance to Coligny area. This house is old and in need of major work. Lots of items didn’t work…..2 burners on stove, hot water in kitchen. Grass was overgrown, pool stayed dirty because of unkept palm trees shedding debris. House needs attention for the money charged for a week stay. I will add that grass did get mowed after we called and requested…..but again for the money you shouldn’t have to request these things.

A perfect week at a very nice property. Our host couldn’t have been more responsive. The property had everything you could ever want or could think about. The house was a perfect set up for about 15 of us - great outdoor space, great set up for teenage and young adults with parents! Being on the beach was great - such a nice area! Family Vacation

Amazing!

We love the beach and wanted a place where we could have a small wedding/renew our vowes with our closest friends and family. We had family stay in the house ranging in age from under 2 to 80 years old. The overall feedback from us and our guests is that it's the best event we've ever been to! First, the direct access to the beach is a complete game changer. The walk is easy with the majority of it being a board walk. The grounds are amazing. Great landscaping and lighting and plenty of grassy area for our event. The kids loved the pool with plenty of seating around the pool deck for the adults to relax and keep an eye on them. The house is great. We slept 15 with no problem. The third floor master wing is amazing. Many of our party spent every morning on the many decks drinking coffee and reading with great views of the ocean and the back yard. The host was great! He even came over and adjusted the irrigation so it wouldn't interfere with our event. Overall we'd highly recommend this property for a great get away!

Cassina Palms is a beautiful home with a fabulous view of the ocean. My husband and I and our adult children enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. The home was spacious and clean. We would definitely book again.

Second time staying here and had a wonderful week. Well equipped house with a great location. Fantastic house for dogs with completely fenced in area- even some room for zoomies!

Perfect getaway for spring break vacation!

Cassina Palms is a beautiful, spacious oceanfront property on Hilton Head Island. Very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we were looking for in a vacation home. It was the perfect getaway for my family's spring break vacation. Many thanks to Brian and Melissa!

Thanksgiving 2022

Every November for Thanksgiving I bring my family to Hilton Head. First time to stay in the South Forest Beach area, usually we stay in a Palmetto Dune homs. This home has a perfect location on the beach, and a private pathway to walk to the beach. Perfect layout for entertaining which we did have several dinners including Thanksgiving of 15 people. The main floor with the kitchen , eating area and family area all flows nicely. There are 3 bedrooms on this main floor and only downfall is that only 1 bedroom has a private bath , the other two bedrooms have to share the other bathroom as well as your guests since there is not a powder room on the main floor. The Master suite upstairs is incredible , beautiful, spacious and private, with two outdoor sitting area's , the one facing the beach is very nice to sit in the morning and relax to enjoy a cup of coffee while looking at the ocean, very peaceful. The first floor when you enter is great , the couple who stayed in the bedroom had privacy and also own entrance in and out to the pool. There are a lot of steps which were steeper than most, to get to the main floor as well as another set to get up to the master suite. Great exercise, however, not recommended for elderly or disabled individuals. I enjoyed, definitely got my workout in! We only had one issue when we arrived and the host Brian, took care of it immediately. Enjoyed our 2 weeks at this home and Brian the host was great communicating and assisting with what we needed.

Great beach front home!

We enjoyed our week at the Cassina Palms home, even with a few hiccups. Pros: -Location! Amazing views from every oceanfront window and deck on the house. Located on a quiet dead end street with perfect uncrowded beach access. Centrally located and can get to most island attractions in less than 15 mins. Very close to Sea Pines. - Comfy beds with lots of linens - Well stocked kitchen with high end appliances. We did find that some of the smaller appliances were not working (coffee grinder and that there is a shortage of silverware. -Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas which is so nice to have a rental! -Great pool! Cons: -The air conditioning for the top floor was not working on our arrival and we notified the host. He was quick to respond to my messages, but no one came to fix it until 3 days later. Luckily, it was not blazing hot outside, but none the less I would have appreciated it have been resolved earlier. -Home is in need of some general maintenance. Some of the outdoor furniture on main deck was rusted out and broken. Lots of dust and mold in/around the air vents. The front gates are not mechanically working anymore (you can manually open and close), so if you are planning to use that to enclose your dog just be aware they must be tied with a bungee chord. The gates in the back yard do not fully shut either. They probably just need to be releveled. I know we came at the tail end of the busy summer rental season so maybe some of these thing will be address when occupancy slows down. Overall , a great home!
