The Space:

Completely renovated from top to bottom in 2022! "We'll be back!" is what you'll say after you stay in this beautifully renovated top-floor villa, just perfect for your family or group of 5. Our guests tell us 536 Shorewood is second to none, and they love the location and the view!



The villa has a combined living and dining space that provides plenty of room for game or movie nights (we'll supply the popcorn!). You are sure to love the view of the ocean from there. Step through the patio doors in the living space to the balcony, where you can enjoy morning coffee prepared in your fully equipped kitchen or sip sweet tea or cocktails as you snack on munchies in the evening and take in the breathtaking views!



You will find everything you need for meal prep in the kitchen, and there is a laundry closet with a stacking washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedroom 1 has a comfy king bed and a full walk-in shower bath, ocean views, and access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin sleeper bed - perfect for the kids - and a full walk-in shower bath. The living area also has a queen sofabed, so there is no shortage of sleeping accommodations here!



The location and amenities in Shorewood are fantastic. Enjoy the zero-entry oceanfront pool (only heated in March and April), spa, baby pool for the kids, and the convenience of poolside restrooms. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
