Aan zee en volledig gerenoveerde Hilton Head Beach Villa 24 heeft het allemaal. Uitzicht op de oceaan en het zwembad. 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Dit herenhuis zal slapen 8 met een koning, koningin, 2 tweelingen en een koningin slaapbank. Villa heeft 2 woonkamers, volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasruimte, carport, mooie patio met BBQ-grill. Genoeg ruimte voor de familie om zich te verspreiden. Het beste strand van het eiland ligt direct voor de deur en je bent slechts 2 minuten fietsen naar Coligny Plaza en Beach Park om te winkelen, dineren en uitgaan. Renovatie inclusief nieuwe keuken, vloeren, verf, badkamers, bedden, meubels, lampen, etc.

De Hilton Head Beach Villas liggen aan de oceaan in een complex met slechts 30 accommodaties. Elke unit heeft een eigen carport, dus niet op zoek naar een parkeerplaats. Hilton Head Beach Villa # 24 ligt op een van de beste locaties in het complex met een prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad, de oceaan en de binnenplaats.

Let op uw kinderen zwemmen en spelen vanaf het balkon. Het uitgestrekte binnenplaats is zeer geschikt voor wedstrijden van jeu de boules, badminton, croquet, wiffle bal, volleybal, enz.

De binnenplaats is gezegend met mooie oude eiken, azalea's en konijnen. De patio heeft een BBQ grill, tafel en stoelen. Geniet van prachtige wind, lange wandelingen op het strand, mijlen en mijlen van de fietspaden.

Deze eigenschap is op loopafstand van Coligny Plaza voor winkels en eetgelegenheden. Winkel onze grote boetieks en Tanger verkooppunten. U kunt dineren in 100 's van goede restaurants. Gebruik onze gratis lidmaatschap van de Players Club Fitness centrum met overdekt zwembad.

De villa is tri-niveau. Top level heeft twee slaapkamers elk met een eigen bad. Tweede niveau heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken, woon- en eetkamer met een groot balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad en de oceaan.

Lager niveau heeft een familiekamer en een derde slaapkamer.

Great Family Stay

We loved letting our kids stay on the lower level and having kitchen/living area in the middle and adult bedrooms up top. I recommend this vrbo highly because it's on a great part of the beach and a golfcart ride away (free taxi) to several good restaurants and groceries. The new pool was wonderful. I do not necessarily rec for toddlers bc tri level steps, but loved for our kids ages 13 and 9.

Better than expected

Great home! Perfect amount of space for our family of 5 to spread out and have our own space after a long day of fun. Beach access right from property. We loved walking out there at sunrise and sunset. Superior location for all of our HHI adventures. Pool wasnt heated which was a bummer for the kids. It was too cold in March to swim in a non-heated pool. We did find beach chairs toward the end of our stay in garage storage shed but we almost bought /rented some. Glad we didn’t. I wish beach towels were provided- that would be a nice touch. All in all, highly recommend this property!

Beautiful villa, AWESOME location

My family and I truly enjoyed our time at villa #24. It was clean upon our arrival. The location was perfect! Just a few steps to the pool, a short bike ride from Coligny Plaza, or head to the beach with access directly on the premises! (No crossing the street with crowds of people!!). If you’re going to rent bikes, Island Bike Rentals has a stand LITERALLY across from the Beach Villas. There’s also a nice big grassy area where my kids would toss the football or bump the volleyball around in the evening. The villa itself is very tastefully decorated. Loved having dinners at the beautiful kitchen table! There’s limited seating in the living room area for my family of 5 (2 chairs and a love seat, but you can easily pull a dining room chair over), but it’s rare we all watch at the same time anyway. Or the kids would watch their own shows on one of the other 3 TV’s! The two master bedrooms each had a TV as well as the sitting room by the 3rd bedroom. All the appliances look newer and run quietly. So nice having a washer and dryer to use! There’s also a charcoal grill out by the patio that we used for burgers and brats one night. The cookware is okay for pasta or scrambled eggs, but beyond that it IS a bit wonky. If we return to Hilton Head, we would undoubtedly stay here again!

We’d stay again- Happy New Year!

As advertised. Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet small community of villas. Bike paths across the street. Less than a mile to Coligny. 3 floor layout was easy to navigate. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. 7 of us had plenty of room. Older building that has had many recent upgrades. We’d certainly stay again.

Lovely accomodation!

Perfect floor plan and furnishings. Close to beach. Would suggest getting key for lock on sliding doors on back patio for easier beach access. Currently have to walk around front of several condos to access beach. A few closets and bathroom to queen bedroom in need of more through cleaning.

Hard used rental...and it shows

The photos of the property made it seem what it wasn't. Looked great, but...the community was FANTASTIC, the management company was WONDERFUL, the property, not so much. It is very obvious that the owners treat this like a cash generator, not a well maintained home. We had multiple doors that didn't work, TV's that didn't work during our entire stay, unusable pots and pants, blinds and towel rods that fell down, extra dirty bathroom floors upon arrival, etc. Several family members were at other units and we met other people at the pool, whose units we toured, that we would rent in a minute. Will be back at Hilton Head Beach Villas again, but not unit #24.

Wonderful!

This was our first trip to Hilton and it was fabulous! We love how shopping and restaurants are a quick drive from our vacation house. The beach is clean and beautiful. Our house was perfect. We’ll be back!

Great Villa for a Beach Getaway

Property was exactly as described. Outstanding management staff at the office. An easy walk to the beach out the back door. Nice, small, quiet pool (compared to some larger properties nearby) This was a perfect place for our family and very nicely decorated!

Enjoyed the property. Updated nicely. Loved the glass panels opening up the light across the back . Not much of an ocean view. Overlooked the pool area which was nice to be able cook dinner while the kiddos swam. 5 of us spaced out nicely. Busy part of the island in June. 2 sliding doors needed repairs. Rented bikes from Wheelz which were great. Biked to breakfast and dinner. Thanks for the time away.

Great vacation!

We had a great vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and little granddaughters. The townhouse was a great size for us and was so close to the beach and restaurants and stores. The girls had fun in the pool. The house was not as clean as we thought it would be. We actually cleaned it when we got there. We had to clean the counter tops in the kitchen. When wiped down the cloth was dirty as well as the kitchen table. I immediately had to vacuum and wash the little rug in the bathroom near the laundry room. There was sand all over the laundry room floor and in the dryer lint compartment. There is a big spot on the carpet on the landing in front of the bedrooms. My husband told vacation time last Monday about that when he went to pick up a package we had delivered. There is a chair on the balcony that has rusted and the frame is broken. The slider in the kitchen on the left was not on the track. We could see the space as soon as we opened the drapes. The return ducts are so full of dust. Kitchen garbage cans were dirty and i found eggs shells stuck to the back of the cabinet where the cans slide in as well as other trash. I have been a real estate agent for 25 yrs so I take note to a lot of things. We always treat a vacation rental as tho it was our own home. As I said, we cleaned everything right away and thoroughly enjoyed the townhouse and our time there. Thank you for opening your home to us. Blanche
