Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)
For families seeking a great vacation value, this unit is a fully remodeled Large 2 bedroom/2 bath villa that is unlike typical rentals. We did a complete renovation in January 2020. New kitchen with quartz countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances. Fully remodeled bathrooms. Master has tiled shower and guest has new tub with tile. Our home away from home provides a combination of amenities, private beach access, and convenience to all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.
Plan a relaxing vacation at Hilton Head Resort. Our villa sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom with private bath also has a 43" Smart flat screen TV/DVD with HD cable. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a twin on top and another twin with a 32" Smart flat screen TV/DVD and HD cable. The living room offers a 43” flat screen TV with HD cable and Streaming DVD player. Also included are movies and games for our guest to enjoy. The kitchen has a fully equipped and stocked kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, all cookware and utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric grill, and microwave). If you don't feel like cooking, just order from the Island Grill and Deli located in Building 1 or many of the nearby restaurants.
Hilton Head Resort is conveniently located next to The Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Walk or ride bikes on the paved trails to restaurants, Starbucks, Shelter Cove Mall, shopping and grocery store(less than a mile).

Just a few minute walk or ride the golf cart across our private boardwalk to the secluded beach. Enjoy the scenic saltwater marsh that is abundant with wildlife. We provide beach chairs, a rolling beach cart, small cooler, boogie boards and some beach toys. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, sunblock and beach towel!
We have tried to think of everything to make your 'home away from home' cozy and comfortable. We offer a lot of extra's to help make your stay enjoyable. For example, in the kitchen beside all the cookware and utensils you need, we try to leave all the following items aluminum foil, plastic wrap, cleaning supplies, hand soap, garbage bags, storage bags, flashlight, first aid kit, cooking oil & spray, salt & pepper, etc. We have extra blankets, board games, movies, books, etc. We also have hangers, iron, ironing board, laundry baskets, towels, linens, broom, mop, and vacuum.
Our cleaning staff will leave you a starter kit of a roll of paper towels, roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dishwasher tablet, and a bar of shower soap to help get you off to a great vacation.

Location is great, right about the center of the island beach side. Apt was spacious and clean. Dealing with John was great and communications were prompt. Cafe on the property had great food. Cocos on the beach had a varied menu.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this short-term rental condo and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The condo itself had undergone a recent remodeling, which added a touch of modernity and freshness to the space. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the host, John, took great care of the property. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the incredible responsiveness of John. He was always just a message away, promptly answering any questions or concerns we had. This level of attentiveness and communication made us feel welcomed and ensured that our stay would be stress-free. What truly made this rental special, especially for families, was the thoughtfully provided beach toys and fun stuff for the kids. The availability of a cage with various beach toys was a fantastic bonus. Our little ones were absolutely thrilled to discover all the goodies waiting for them. It saved us the hassle of packing toys and kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. This attention to detail and consideration for guests' needs truly set this rental apart. While the complex itself was a bit dated, it was impeccably clean. The communal areas were well-maintained, and we noticed the staff's efforts to ensure a tidy environment. Though the aesthetics of the complex may not be as modern as the condo's interior, it didn't hinder our enjoyment of the overall experience.

Location is convenient to everything. Loved the private beach access, pools and pickle ball courts. The only negative was the restriction concerning bikes in the residence. We were not aware of the restriction and that could be our fault for not reading the description of the property better. Our bikes are very high end and we did not feel comfortable having them locked up to a bike rack. This was our 5th visit to the island and have never encountered this restriction until now. For this reason alone we would not use this property again.

This property was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. John was super communicative and accommodating and even had suggestions on places to eat and activities around the island for our stay. The property was clean and close enough to the beach to walk (~10 minutes). Definitely recommend!

The condo was well stocked. We were very happy to be able to use the beach chairs and wagon to help carry them to the beach. It’s a decent length walk but on a nice boardwalk across the lagoon. Cocos at the end of the boardwalk had drinks and good food, and was a cool beachside bar. Inside of the condo was nice and recently remodeled. We'll stay here again.

My family had a wonderful Easter week stay at the condo! Virtually everything was provided for our use for a week of fun at the beach to accommodate a family of 6. My kids were thrilled with all the sand and beach toys and the wagon, cooler, and chairs were the perfect addition for the adults. The condo itself is tastefully decorated and provides a relaxing and comfortable retreat after beach and resort activities. Plenty of space for our four boys to bunk out in the 2nd bedroom and the master was roomy enough for our baby in the pack n' play to share with us. The kids enjoyed the front porch and watching the activity on the tennis courts. John was very communicative and made our whole process from check in to check out smooth and easy!

Our condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. This was our 3rd stay at HH Resort but our first at John’s condo. The condo was tastefully decorated and well stocked with all that we needed for our stay. John was very responsive to any requests we had. If we vacation in Hilton Head in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Cute condo with all you need for a fun family stay at the beach! Our kids loved the bunk beds and that they could watch their own shows on the Tv in their bedroom in the mornings. They also loved trying tennis (with provided racquets!) and swimming in all the pools! The outdoor pool has a great place to eat right next to the pool. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect for making meals. We even had one night out on the grills/green space. Mini golf was super close. And the beach wasn’t much of a walk if the shuttle wasn’t available. The beach was perfect, wasn’t crowded and the kids loved trying out the provided boogie boards and finding hermit crabs. We really loved our stay and were so appreciative of such a cozy spot with such a kind and helpful host.

We had a great stay in Hilton Head. Check-in was a breeze. Everything we needed and more was provided for our trip. John stocks the unit with TVs, board games, beach toys, and even a folding wagon to cart our stuff to the beach. We loved the beach access and the multiple community pools to choose from. Location is great. Restaurants, Kroger, retail shopping is less than a mile away. Beach access is walking distance from the property. We will stay here again when we come back to Hilton Head.
