The Space:

This just renovated villa is located in the Queen's Grant section of the Palmetto Dunes resort community and offers an ideal ground-floor locale with a private back patio and grill. The interior has vaulted ceilings, three smart TVs, and dual suites. Off of the living area two sliding glass doors open to the patio for outdoor grilling and relaxation! A well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of appliances and cookware to get cookin' day and night!



The primary suite is fitted with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with one queen bed and one full-size bed and has its own bathroom with walk-in shower.



Queen's Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. This villa is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and near the General Store, Big Jim's, the Dunes House and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. Arthur Hills and George Fazio golf course are on either side.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Queen's Grant complex allows a maximum of 2 vehicles per villa.

* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

* The complex pool is open seasonally from April 1 through September 30.

1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort and the ultimate vacation destination. An 11-mile lagoon provides a leisurely day of canoeing or kayaking. Golf, tennis, biking & more! This is a gated community.



Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.



Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service

Free shuttle service. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service provides complimentary transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove Harbor. Don't worry about renting a car or spending money on getting to and from all the amenities and things to do at Palmetto Dunes.



The shuttle service will take you to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. It will also bring you to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and the Plaza. This area is bustling and offers plenty of activities and things to do just off-site.



The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available seasonally from April to September. Each van is dispatched on a first-come, first serve basis by request. Typically vans arrive within 10 minutes of a call.
