This spacious one-bedroom, one-bath villa is located on the second floor of Ocean Villa, Building C. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space with a queen sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and a set of captain’s bunks in the hallway provides additional sleeping space that’s perfect for children.

Begin your morning with coffee on the private balcony as the sun rises in brilliant color over the ocean, peacefully removed from parking lot noise. The gentle calls of seabirds and the sight of pelicans gliding overhead enhance the serene coastal ambiance. When you’re ready, the beach, pool, and nearby dining options are all just steps from your door.

Your Villa:

All our villas are individually owned, so you�ll never get 2 exactly alike. While bed types, televisions and furniture vary by villa, all villas come with a starter supply of dish soap, bath soap, paper towels and toilet paper. All linens and towels are included and placed throughout the villa as well. In addition, ALL villas are equipped with the following: alarm clock, hairdryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, electric hand mixer, wine opener, can opener, cookware, ovenware, dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, wine glasses, fire extinguisher, cable tv, high speed internet, DVD/DVR and access to 24/7 security and emergency maintenance.

The Resort:
Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is 50+ acres of fun, relaxation and good food. The Resort is host to the largest ocean front swimming pool on Hilton Head with a kiddie pool by it�s side. In addition, a second, more private and low-key swimming pool is located on the south side of the Resort.
Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is situated with direct beach access by means of 4 boardwalks. Beach chair and umbrella rental are located on the beach just off the end of the boardwalk.

Activities:

Seasonally, the resort offers daily activities like Magic by Gary Maurer, learn about our coastal wildlife and environment during activities hosted by the Coastal Discovery Museum, Monday night Dive-In Movie at the big pool, Dance party by the pool, a giant waterslide and the ever-popular hair braiding.
If that doesn�t suit your fancy, the Resort also offers a playground, catch and release fishing, bike rentals, a beach volleyball court, walking trails, 8 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, an onsite tennis pro for lessons, fitness center, corn hole, basketball, racquetball and wildlife viewing.

Food and Beverage:

To tempt your palate, the Resort offers many options. Located inside the Convention Center is our locally famous Coconutz Sports Bar, offering a full dinner menu, bar and home of award-winning wings, 3 years running. Gatorz pizza, open seasonally, is just down the hall from Coconutz and located just outside the rear entrance is the deck bar and outdoor dining area.
In the mood for a cool frozen drink by the pool? Visit Jamaica Joez Beach Bar located at the North end beach boardwalk. Jamaica Joez offers a full lunch menu, bar and stunning views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. A few steps away is Jamaica Monz Ice Cream Hut. Cool off with soft serve ice cream, snow cones and a selection of frozen novelties.

Event Space:
