Relax or dine al fresco on the expansive decking.

Within a 3 minute walk, many fine shoppes, restaurants, golf/tennis and entertainment await you in Harbour Town. Your Hilton Head Island escape to enjoy the beaches, bike ride for miles, golf and play tennis or to simply relax should have this cozy, elegant home as your nest. Indoor Living with floor to ceiling windows, 3 Flat Screen Smart TV's and cable, comfortable living room upstairs. We offer Free Wi-Fi. All linens/towels/kitchen towels are provided. Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry and dish detergents and a first aid kit are provided.

Sleeping Options: Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, Second Bedroom also with a Queen Bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Third bedroom has twin bunk beds with a trundle and a large sectional sofa (not a sleeper sofa) with a 1/2 bath. PLEASE NOTE: Third Bedroom is via a separate entrance from the upstairs level.

The outdoor Oasis offers a private deck with outdoor dining area to seat four with an electric grill and a lounge area. The Kitchen is fully equipped and boosts stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, blender and all the cooking basics and dishware you may need.

8 Beach Towels and Chairs (mix of low folding chairs and high collapsible chairs), rolling beach cart and cooler are provided as an added convenience. Umbrellas and boogie boards are for rent by the Lifeguards.

Pool - Enjoy Sea Pines Resort Pool Side at South Beach Marina Pool,8 Portside Drive (pay at the pool daily for admittance). The free Sea Pines Trolley will take you to the pool from the Harbour Town Playground stop or you may drive! Open April - September.

Parking for three vehicles available within driveway with a Sea Pines Plantation Pass fee of $9 daily or $30 weekly is required per vehicle for admittance onto the Plantation.

The Sea Pines Beach Club is 2 miles from the sealoft and may be accessed by free seasonal trolley, bike or car.

Entry to the sealoft is keyless. The sealoft is accessible by stairs only and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.
