Shipmaster Villa - Ruime 3BR, 3 Bath Golf View Villa met Tennis en Zwembad

Gelegen in Shipyard Plantation, 1001 Shipmaster is een heldere 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers einde unit townhome die onlangs volledig is bijgewerkt. De villa, met een lagune en uitzicht op de golfbaan, ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen of 2 minuten fietsen naar de toegang tot de scheepswerf. Twee fietsen zijn inbegrepen. Shipmaster heeft zowel een zwembad als een tennisbaan voor exclusief gebruik door eigenaren en hun gasten.

De gehele villa is ruim en ingericht in een comfortabele kuststijl met drie grote slaapkamers:
Master Main - King (nieuwe matras 2019, Marriott-kwaliteit), patio
2e verdieping Front Master - King en Twin, balkon
2e verdieping Achterkamer - Twee tweepersoonsbedden, balkon

HHI heeft altijd pret, een ontspannen tijd voor ons gezin betekend, dus je zult ons huis compleet met een volledig aanbod aan bord- / kaartspellen, films, boeken en 2 fietsen vinden die bijdragen aan een geweldige familievakantie!

We waarderen onze gasten en hun aanbevelingen! In 2018 voegden we plafondventilatoren en grote tv's aan elke slaapkamer toe, een nieuw kingsize matras in de hoofdverdieping, een 'echte' kingsize matras in de slaapkamer boven, een terras en een nieuw HVAC-systeem.

We zouden graag zien dat jij en je familie zich ontspannen, ontspannen, prachtige herinneringen opdoen en genieten van alles wat HHI te bieden heeft!

The villa, its location and the decor invite comfort, relaxation and a vacation vibe! It was spacious, comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities. Lynn was so welcoming to us. The area is beautiful and the warm water of the ocean was just great!

Our stay was wonderful! Lynn was the best host. My Dad is a golfer so on the golf course was perfect. Lynn also provided great golf recommendations. Grab bars in downstairs bath and a bedroom downstairs is just what we needed for my Dad and Stepmom. Would like to stay again and highly recommend.

The property is located in a gorgeous community, very walkable and bike friendly. The beach locker with chairs is a HUGE plus. Lynn was so gracious and very communicative. Answered all my questions before and after our stay. The condo was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. Kitchen extremely well stocked, lots of games to play, very comfortable beds and furniture....lots of room! Can't say enough about this place and Lynn. We will definitely stay there again when in Hilton Head!

Our townhouse was perfect for three couples who had their own en-suite bedroom. Shipyard is indeed a paradise with beautiful vegetation and walking/biking trails throughout.

House was very comfy with plenty of room for our family. Our host provided amenities such as beach chairs and towels and reached out beforehand with useful information to prepare us for our trip. She was also incredibly responsive to our needs when Tropical Storm Debby hit Hilton Head a day after we arrived. Plenty of games and puzzles to keep us entertained during the rainy days. We would stay again.

My mom and I rented this villa in Shipyard community in Hilton head & we had 3 teen girls stay with us. My daughter and her friends who stayed with us were around 17, and the bedroom upstairs with a king bed and a twin bed was great for them. Esp because it came with a full bathroom (bathroom is small). My mom has trouble walking up stairs, so she stayed in main floor master bedroom, which had a nice big master bathroom. I stayed in the other bedroom upstairs w/its own bathroom. We really loved that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, especially with so many girls lol. This villa is exactly like the pictures, so pretty and beautifully decorated. All of us loved the beachy decor, and the layout of the villa. The updates that have been done to this villa are beautiful and it’s a very relaxing, quiet and wonderful place to stay for vacation. All of the beds were very comfy & we loved how many bath towels, wash cloths, and other items were provided at this villa. We cooked many meals in the villa while we stayed at Hilton head and we loved the updated kitchen so much. Villa had everything we needed, & was very clean. A safe community that is gated. Appliances worked great, washer, & dryer etc.The bike trails within Shipyard are great! I’d highly recommend renting bikes from one of the bike rental places that deliver the bikes and pick them up. Lynn was kind enough to suggest bike rental places. Lynn was the best! Lynn was wonderful. She was very kind and so helpful. Ty!

Property is in perfect location for biking and meals and beach. Super clean and Lynn is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this property for a family of 4-6 people, plenty of room, beds and privacy for everyone.

My family stated for a week and everything was perfect. Great location! A 7-10 min walk to the beach or bike ride to the beach in minutes! You can also drive to the beach because the beach parking is included. Having the locker at the beach was a HUGE bonus. We did not have to carry chairs or toys from the house- you can store what you need in the locker. The house was clean and cool and Lynn has everything you need there! Spacious rooms and the layout was just perfect for 5 adults. Kitchen was well equipped- we made dinner most nights. I had so many questions once I got there and Lynn answered all of the questions right away. Shipyard is located in a more quiet area of HH. The beach area gets crowded right at the beach access area but if you walk just a little more north, you can get away from the crowds if that’s what you want. House was fantastic and I also loved the location as well. I will definitely come back!!! Thank you, Lynn!

What a fabulous property with excellent amenities and location! Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Lynn’s lovely rental. She knew my mom is battling lung cancer and made some very helpful accommodations to help my mom’s stay be more enjoyable! The property is located in a beautiful gated community. The home is stocked well with anything you could need. The beach lockers spoiled us for the week! Not a ton of hauling chairs in and out of cars all week. Everything was better than expected. Lynn treats her guest like family! Thank you, Lynn🙏

The 6 of us; I and my family. very much enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was spacious and well appointed. There were multiple sliding glass doors with screens we could open things up when the weather was good. The beds were all comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. Lynn sent an email and a PDF about check in and it was my mistake not to print the PDF as it had all of the details about gaining access to the property since it is in a gated community. Lynn was a great sport about my lack of clarity and my lack of planning. The place is in a lovely, quiet area and felt very peaceful. Having access to the beautiful beach was great, and we appreciated that we didn't have to haul the chairs back and forth because of the locker provided down at the beach. I will return to Lynn's unit if I return to Hilton Head. I thought it was a great value and she was lovely to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. A home away from home. The property was just beautiful. Everything was perfect! Cleaned immaculately with beautiful views of the golf course and convenient to the beach. Tastefully decorated and completely updated. Well acquainted kitchen. Very convenient that each bedroom had their own bathroom for privacy. We love the Shipyard community for our beach vacation but we have found the place to return to year after year! We did not want to leave!
