Ruime villa aan de oceaan met uitzicht op de oceaan op de 4e verdieping!

Dit prachtig bijgewerkte condominium is perfect in elk opzicht! Fantastische hardhouten vloeren sieren de woon-, eetkamer- en keukenruimtes. De keuken is bijgewerkt met granieten aanrecht, tegel backsplash, op maat kasten en alle roestvrijstalen apparaten. Natuurlijk zal het ook volledig uitgerust zijn met alle behoeften van thuis. Er is een kleine woonkeuken met zitplaatsen voor vier, naast de keukenbar met zitplaatsen voor drie. Het eetgedeelte is ruim en heeft een uitzicht op de oceaan met zitplaatsen voor zes personen. De woonkamer is ingericht met een eigentijds strandthema met comfortabel en esthetisch meubilair, een flatscreen-tv en schuifregelaar naar uw grote privébalkon. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv en een eigen grote badkamer. De master badkamer bestaat uit een granieten dubbele wastafel, verzonken tuinbad en een aparte inloopdouche. De eerste gast slaapkamer beschikt ook over een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv, schuifregelaar toegang tot het eigen balkon en een eigen en-suite gast badkamer. Deze eerste gast badkamer heeft ook een granieten dubbele wastafel, dit keer met een douche en bad combinatie. De tweede gast slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden, een flatscreen-tv en een eigen badkamer. De tweede gast badkamer heeft een granieten wastafel en een inloopdouche. Windsor Place is een complex aan de kust in Palmetto Dunes dat een adembenemend uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan biedt. Het biedt een groot complex zwembad, jacuzzi, kinderbad, zonneterras en grillgebied. Een promenade leidt van het pooldeck over de duinen naar het strand. Gasten zijn dicht bij alles dat Palmetto Dunes te bieden heeft golfen, tennis en kilometers fietspaden.

Disappointing

Reviewer Comments: It’s a wonderful view from 2417 Windsor II but the condo was not as well maintained as others we rented over the years from this building and others near by. Especially concerning was the small bedroom. It was occupied by an adult during our stay. The room had a very old and very small tv. I called Palmetto Dunes and asked if it could be replaced. The person at the front desk was very polite and said our request would be forwarded and we would receive a call back with the results. We never got a return call. The garbage disposal had to be replaced during our stay. The repair people from Palmetto Dunes were prompt and polite. Compared to the other condos we have rented in the same and nearby buildings, 2417 was our least favorite.

There have been some updates since last year and it's a very comfortable condo and includes everything you need for a wonderful stay, including beach chairs/toys, games, books, and a well-stocked kitchen. During our stay the outdoor grills were taken out, which we were not notified about and was an inconvenience because we used them often. Changes to the property need to be communicated to the guests. Other than that, as long as the condo and property continue to be updated as needed, this is a wonderful place to stay.

The unit has beautiful views of the ocean from multiple rooms and access to the beach is easy. We loved having access to the grills and hot tub on the complex grounds. The unit was spacious and allowed us to work, relax and have fun. The unit was nicely decorated and had all of the amenities of home. The only improvements we would recommend is installing a screen door on the second bedroom slider and replace the living room couches. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to stay there again.

The beach is spectacular, plenty of pickle ball, tennis, bike riding & of course golf.
