Breakers 207 is a 2nd floor condo situated in the heart of North Forest Beach, steps from the Atlantic ocean and conveniently located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities.

Breakers are efficiency condos, ideal for couples or small families looking for a beach escape! The living area and kitchen have an open floor plan. The living area has a sleeper sofa and Smart TV with streaming capability and access to the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space for making a hearty breakfast, beach picnic or dinner in. The balcony is a great space for people watching, al fresco dining or reading.

The bedroom features a queen bed, closet, and a flat screen Smart TV with streaming capability. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a washer & dryer for convenience.

The Breakers has a complex pool that is heated seasonally (March - May) and separate kid’s pool. Loungers are located on the sun and pool decks, first come first serve, and tables with umbrellas for guests staying at Breakers. Breakers is an elevated 3-story complex with parking under the condos or around the perimeter.

If you are looking for a vacation that is a true escape, parking the car and not getting back into it until it’s time to pack up - the Breakers is the spot for you! The Breakers location is a favorite for hundreds of Hilton Head visitors. Coligny, located in Forest Beach, is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are across the street from The Breakers.

Parking in the Breakers Hilton Head complex is limited to 1 vehicle pass per villa.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
