  • Spectaculaire begane grond volledig gerenoveerd appartement - 2 slaapkamers met elk een kingsize bed en twee volledige baden. Er is ook een slaapbank en een Pack & Play voor baby's. Kom ontspannen in dit ruime appartement terwijl u geniet van een geweldig uitzicht op de binnenplaats en het zwembad. Surf Court ligt op slechts 1 stratenblok van het strand (5 minuten lopen) en bevindt zich ook binnen 3 blokken van Coligny Plaza (12-15 minuten lopen) met talloze winkels en restaurants. Profiteer van de Trolley pick-up plek naast het pand en ga op een goedkoop eilandavontuur naar andere "Hot Spots" om te winkelen en dineren. Deze geweldige woning is zeer centraal gelegen en u zult jaar na jaar willen terugkeren.

Plenty of space for our family of 4 and 2 dogs to fully enjoy our long stay. The beds are comfortable. Very spacious ensuite with a large closet & laundry room. Lots of places to sit, relax and enjoy the surrounding woods. We saw deer roaming everyday. Its in a very nice secluded location. We were staying due to construction happening at our home, but this place felt like a vacation.

Old people like us prefer a shower over a bathtub which can create a fall. After the hurricane the grounds crew came in and made the courtyard and pool pristine again. also, all appliances and AC worked which is great resulting in no surprise problems.

Our only grip was lack of amenities. Book for 6 days one roll of paper towels, no basics like Salt and Pepper or paper filters for the coffee pot, they usually don't go bad. Needs a second blow drier for the second bathroom.Seashore needs to update app, does not work, also Wi-Fi for location had wrong name.

Nice condo, great location

We enjoyed our stay at Surf Court 52. The courtyard and pool area were very nice. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit was nice with ample space for two couples. Everyone we dealt with through the property management was very kind and helpful. Just a couple of notes for cleaning/maintenance; the bathroom rugs could do with a washing. While it's lovely to have nice water pressure in the shower, it came out so hard it was a bit painful. On the day we checked in, we notified the property management that the toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was broken. It was not fixed throughout the week and we jabbed our arms and elbows on the ends sticking out from the vaniety multiple times. Aside from these few small issues, we had a lovely week!

We had to wash and clean before we could us the bed. It was reporeted the day after our arrival.
