Onze villa, AR305, is ideaal gelegen direct aan het strand op de 3e verdieping in het veelgevraagde gedeelte Admiral's Row van het Hilton Head Island Beach en de Tennis Club. Het balkon van onze Villa kijkt uit over het strand. Slechts een zeer klein aantal andere villa's delen een unieke locatie. De meeste villa's die worden vermeld als 'Ocean View' zijn een veel grotere afstand van het strand.

De speciale locatie van onze Admirals Row Beachfront Villa creëert een exclusief gevoel van een setting aan de oceaan, afgezien van al het andere. Bovendien staan ​​alle voordelen van het Hilton Head Beach & Tennis-complex met 10 verlichte banen tot uw beschikking! Dit omvat twee zwembaden en een kinderbad, Jamaica Joe'z bar aan het zwembad, Coconutz sports bar / restaurant (verkozen tot de beste vleugels op Hilton Head Island), evenals een pizzeria (Gator'z), fietsverhuur, entertainment , picknickplaatsen en vele andere functies.

Wij bieden strandstoelen en een parasol voor uw gebruik. Fietsverhuur is beschikbaar op het terrein. Ten verlichte tennisbanen zijn ook gratis te gebruiken - gewoon boektijden in het tenniscentrum.

Naast de voordelen van de uitstekende locatie, is onze villa onlangs ook bijgewerkt met een nieuwe queensize slaapbank met een gelschuimmatras, een nieuwe 50 "tv en mediacenter. De keuken is bijgewerkt met nieuwe kwarts aanrechtbladen, bereik en gootsteen / kraan. Het biedt een licht en luchtig interieur. U zult merken dat de kosten van onze Villa iets hoger kunnen zijn dan de prijs van anderen verderop in het complex, maar als u rekening houdt met de directe locatie aan de oceaan en de kwaliteit van onze eenheid, zijn de kosten zeer bescheiden in vergelijking met gelijkwaardige locaties op het eiland. We denken dat je echt zult genieten van wat onze Villa te bieden heeft.

The condo was just as described; clean; good location. The view was wonderful. We had less than ideal weather but still plenty of good eating in the area and a good place to relax. Quiet in May. The owner was wonderful to work with when our original requested dates didn't work for us. Only little issue was that when arriving, the place where you were to check in wasn't clearly marked and confused us slightly.

We enjoyed our stay. The place had all the amenities that were advertised. It is small, so you can't live out of your suitcase, but there is ample storage space for clothes. A one minute walk to the beach, which was convenient. The only complaint would be that the elevator is quite slow, otherwise a very nice stay.

Great location right on the beach. We enjoyed the ocean front view from the room and the balcony. It was easy to take a short walk downstairs and across the boardwalk and be able to take long walks, 2 miles one way and about 1 mile the other, along the beach. Be aware the tide moves a long distance up and down so at high tide there's not much beach.Condo is well equipped, both the kitchen and beach accessories (nice beach chairs, umbrella if it's not too windy). Nice touches like good lighting, plenty of hooks and drawers for storing clothing. Bathroom had places to put your things out of the way so it doesn't have to sit out. Also some grilling tools if you want to grill at the community grilling locations.The resort has a couple restaurants, one of which serves food until around 10 pm if you arrive late like we did. Parking is easy.The host was very responsive when we had a minor problem and got it resolved quickly.

It was worth the money just to get an owner like Ian Budd who cares enough about your stay to go the extra mile to give you a TON of information about your surroundings! Places to go, things to do and to educate so you will not unknowingly disrespect the nature of your surroundings like the Loggerhead Sea Turtles. Although I would add to great breakfast places The French Bakery! WOW! We saw and ate at most of the places he listed and they were everything he said they were and more. Didn’t get to experience the Jazz Corner. It was on our list month before our visit but did not know you really need a reservation for that place well in advance!! The only thing I have to add is I was not wheelchair bound when I made these reservations but since have become so and this place was only just qualifying as wheelchair accessible. Tiny elevator and corridors….just barely navigable. If I could not stand to take a shower I would not have gotten one. This place was a tiny house size. (540sq.ft.) But it was manageable if you have help. AND WELL WORTH IT FOR THE VIEW ALONE! We were able to negotiate the boardwalk down to the beach without the use of a beach wheelchair…and it really was a very short walk to the ocean.

We had a great time at AR305. The unit was clean and comfortable. We’ve visited HHBT a number of times and lived on the Island for several years. The north end is relatively quiet and is our preferred location.

The Condo has a beautiful setting on the 3rd floor over looking the Atlantic Ocean. Sunrises were beyond beautiful. The condo is nicely decorated, just a little dated. We loved our 3 days with nice long walks on the beach. We had a beautiful New Year’s Day BBQ dinner with our daughter and boyfriend who were staying in another unit in the same building. The Charcoal BBQ’s on site were a nice addition. We immensely enjoyed our dinner with the dusk settling in, with the sound of the waves and fresh air on the balcony. I’d also like to personally thank the owners, Patricia and Ian for letting us check out after lunch on the 2 Jan as our car was in the shop getting repaired. Thanks!🤓

The property is older, but very well kept. We enjoyed our annual trip to HHI, although this time was on the quieter side. Based on a suggestion from the owner, we reserved and rented bikes from the onsite hut and would do it again if we had the opportunity. If you want to be close to the water, this is the perfect choice.to be close

We had a very nice stay at this property. As we were on the third floor, and my husband recently had surgery, it was a little off putting that there were no luggage carts to help move our suitcases up the stairs to the elevator. Fortunately, I could handle it, but it could be tough going for physically challenged people.

Adults only. Enjoyed the jazz corner. Must make reservations. If have kids then I recommend going on the shrimp boat trip. It is fun and educational and you may be bringing shrimp home to eat so bring a small cooler in your car.

This 3rd floor condo has the best front row beach view and access including balcony with table and chairs. It has everything needed to stay for days, full kitchen, great living area with chairs and sofa that makes into a bed (if necessary) along with large TV, large updated shower in bathroom, plenty of storage, comfortable bedroom.

My husband and I had the best 40th Anniversary trip ever!! The condo was perfect for us and the view was spectacular!! The bedroom was cozy & dark! We enjoyed time on the beach and the pool. Everything you see in the VRBO pictures is completely accurate. This is a smaller 1 bedroom unit with a perfect oceanfront view. You are literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. The unit is well appointed with everything you need. The bathroom is modernized with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen has plenty of counter space. Not a big fan of the smaller refrigerator, but it works and it gives you more room. My wife suggests that the living room TV be mounted on the wall and the large TV stand be eliminated and replaced with 2 small club chairs and a table in the middle. You can't beat the location as you are mid island and half way to any restaurant. Thank you Ian for such attention to detail. A very nice unit. Well done.
