24 Royal Tern is an exceptional New England-style home abounding in Oceanfront luxury and timeless Lowcountry elegance. Located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with panoramic ocean views, this custom home features bespoke interior design, immaculately manicured grounds, well-appointed outdoor areas, Infinity pool and Spa and private beach path. An idyllic vacation rental, 24 Royal Tern is renowned as one of Hilton Head Island's finest properties where luxury and location merge.

24 Royal Tern is located in the gated community of Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. Guests will experience serene tranquility as they relish the Oceanfront lifestyle with lazy days relaxing at the pool, lounging on a variety of furnished patios, sunrise and sunset walks on the beach or exploring all that Sea Pines has to offer with nearby bike trails, golf courses, marinas and nature preserves. The covered patio overlooking the pool is fully furnished with additional swinging chairs and gas grill. The pool grounds include the finest patio furniture, fire pit and mounted TV, and the Infinity pool features an underwater sundeck with fountain and built-in Spa.

The interior of 24 Royal Tern includes arched doorways, stunning wainscotting, deep grooved coffered ceilings, custom cabinetry and millwork, reclaimed wood accents, Precious stone, Arhaus furniture, spectacular hand-selected artwork and Chihuly glass, all setting the stage for a first-class experience.

Common areas include the kitchen with top of the line appliances including two ovens and two refrigerators, Butlers pantry with extra SubZero refrigerator and wine cooler, Breakfast area, French Dining Table, Great Room with custom fireplace and accordion doors to oceanfront patio with limestone fireplace, Office on first floor with TV, desk and full bath, and separate Bar on 2nd floor with TV, full bath, Precious stone counters with under lighting, refrigerator and wine cooler. A separate Media Room with reclaimed wood wall accents features a 98 inch TV and wet bar for the best in live sports or movie entertainment.

All 7 bedroom suites feature tray ceilings, full baths, TVs and closets, and five of the king bedroom suites have ocean views. The bunk bedroom features 3 pairs of Twin over Twin custom bunk beds, plus 2 full beds, easily accommodating 8 guests but possibly more if two little ones shared a full bed. Two bunk bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and a tub.

Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Fabulous new 7 bedroom on the beach!

High end 7 BR (6 king ocean view with en-suite bathrooms) and kid’s bunk room (sleeps 10 with 2 baths). 12 bathrooms. Six living areas plus large firepit and oversized TV. Great and well equipped kitchen plus three refrigerators, three dishwashers, and wine cooler. Several ice makers. The best of the best! J. Cox
