The Space:

Had a great time even with the tropical storm! Eric was very helpful with allowing us to add an extra day. A perfect location and close walk to the beach.

Last Minute Vacation

We scheduled a last minute vacation and this property had all we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and short walk or bike ride to Coligny plaza. The property was very clean. We enjoyed the fully stocked pots, pans and utensils in the kitchen. The washer and dryer was a definite bonus for our family. We can home with suitcases full of clean clothes! We would definitely recommend the property to a family with teenagers and children.

Excellent condo in ideal location!!

This condo has many recent updates and it is well taken care of. It is located in the front of the complex, with one pool within a few minutes walk and the other pool just a short walk away. Being in the front of the complex, the walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes (with 2 kids, wagon and all the beach gear). We stayed in a different condo in Seascape Villas 2 years ago that was in the back of the complex. For a family of 4, this walk was close to 20 minutes which is hard for young kiddos. I’d highly recommend this condo. The kitchen was updated and fully stocked. The deck was a place we hung out a lot, with a newer grill and nice patio furniture. The beds were all very comfortable, with the exception of the spare bedroom queen bed. The box spring was broken on the front corner so the bed sagged there. For our 9 year old it was ok, but it would not have been ok for an adult to sleep there. That is my only small complaint. Highly recommend this and we loved our HHI 2024 family vacation!!
