Korte samenvatting: geniet van deze mooie ruime villa in de gewilde S. Forest Beach-gemeenschap. Dit appartement met 2 verdiepingen beschikt over 4 patio's / balkons, 2 grote kamers, 2. 5 badkamers, 3 tv's en keuken / eetkamer / leefruimte. Perfect voor binnen- en buitenplezier met alle benodigdheden die je nodig hebt. Volledige keuken, 3 zwembaden, tennisbaan, paden en lagune. Korte wandeling / fietstocht naar strand (geplaveid pad) & shoppes / restaurants van Coligny Plaza. Dicht bij zee dennen. Deze gunstige locatie is de perfecte plek om te genieten van het beste van Hilton Head Island.

Er is meer: ons huis is stijlvol ontworpen door interieurontwerpers die al meer dan 19 jaar huizen voorbereiden voor bezoekers van Hilton Head Island. Ik ben verbaasd over hoe ze elk fijn en enorm detail hebben doordacht. Ze zijn heel erg bijzonder; van de kleinste dingen zoals servies, tot grotere dingen zoals terrasmeubilair en onze 55 "4k smart TV. Niets is onopgemerkt gebleven. U wilt niet naar huis, maar als u dat doet, wilt u Patti en Sue van onze decorateurs meenemen.

Geniet van het uitzicht op het zwembad en de lagune vanuit het comfort van de patio beneden of het balkon boven. Of geniet van de zeebries met een slaapmutsje op het grote slaapkamerbalkon.

Parkeren is gratis, gemakkelijk en toegankelijk.

U hebt toegang tot alle voordelen die eigenaren genieten: tennisbaan, 3 zwembaden, paden en parkeergelegenheid.

Buurt: We zijn slechts een fietstocht of wandeling naar Coligny Plaza en het strand. Hilton Head's Downtown sinds 1955! Bij Coligny zijn er meer dan 60 speciaalzaken en restaurants met een grote variëteit voor iedereen. Het gebied is overvloedig met entertainment en veel plezier en opwinding direct aan het strand. Miljoenen inwoners en bezoekers genieten al meer dan 60 jaar van Coligny Beach en Plaza. Waar je ook naar op zoek bent, je vindt het allemaal maar op één plek, Coligny.

Wil je meer stranden? Stap uit je voordeur en volg de verharde paden voor een korte wandeling naar nog een ander strand. Pak een maaltijd of geniet van de Marriott's Dolphin Grille, een openlucht Tiki-bar vlak bij het strand. Met 12 prachtige mijlen van het openbare strand van Atlantic Beach op Hilton Head Island, kun je genieten van de zon en het hele jaar door genieten van het rustige subtropische klimaat.

Verplaatsingen: Hilton Head Island is vrij fietsvriendelijk. Alle hoofdwegen en de meeste hoofdwegen in de plantages van het resort hebben een begeleidend fietspad, en er zijn een paar mijl paden die hun eigen pad afsnijden van de wegen. Ze zijn de perfecte manier om het eiland overdag te doorkruisen. Er zijn veel fietsverhuurbedrijven die fietsen bij je voordeur bezorgen. Er is genoeg te doen op loopafstand van ons huis. U kunt ook graag rijden.

The location of the property is wonderful…close enough to everything while remaining just outside the major hustle and bustle. Our check in process was clearly outlined via email, however, our parking pass was not made available by the property manager, and the code we were given to open the front door did not work. We arrived on a Friday evening after business hours, and found the property manager unavailable. We called the property owner, who was very responsive and resolved both of these issues quickly. The property itself could use some updating, especially the bathroom’s upstairs. The tubs are very slippery and I would suggest that non-slip mats or texturized stickers be added to the tub bottoms to reduce the risk of falls. Both of my kids slipped and fell in the tubs. The room with double beds was very comfortable, while the room with the queen bed was not as restful. The queen mattress could stand to be replaced. This is my opinion. All in all, we enjoyed our visit. The kitchen was functional, the washer and dryer worked well, and the owners had laid out several nice and inviting touches. Thank you!

Good location, but not clean.

I don't usually write reviews, but I hope that the following family will have a better experience. On the positive side, good location with regards to beach and shopping. Kitchen has been remodeled. The floors throughout are extremely dirty, within 2 minutes of walking in socks they were black. The Keurig coffeemaker does not work, neither does the one outer stove burner. The toilet seat had dirt on it which I had so rub with a clorox wipe to remove. The bedding did not smell clean. Believe this property has a lot of potential but needs to be cleaned properly and more frequently. The bathrooms need to be updated.

Location hard to find.

Pull in the entrance with roundabout and flag pole. If you see pool, find closest parking place. Condo entrance faces pool. This is the first time using Vrbo. It was nicely decorated with updated kitchen, but the building look like it was built in the 70’s. There was construction projects to the buildings outside. It has a good location. Going to Coligny Beach Park is a must.

Exactly what was promised!

My family and I stayed here in mid June of '22 and had a great time! The condo was VERY clean, had tons of space and storage, and the pool was amazing! Once we got the hang of the door keypad, we had no issues and felt very safe. The walk to the beach was reasonable and the beach itself was fantastic! Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return!

Hilton Head stay

The location of this property is great. Only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Pathway to beach is well maintained so we were able to easily walk with our two children and a wagon. Inside the unit is fairly nice. Kitchen is updated nicely. Patio and balcony were not well-maintained so we had no desire to spend anytime out there. In addition to this, the sliding glass doors to patio and balcony need to be repaired. They’re nearly impossible to open. My husband was the only one that could open them and it took some muscle from him as well. The owner needs to give better instructions on where condo is located. You cannot see the the property from the parking lot so we drove around the parking lot a few times before realizing you had to walk through the property in order to find the condo. It wasn’t a big deal once we found the condo, just would have been nice if this was communicated to us better from the beginning. However, we did arrive early and the owner allowed us to enter early which was helpful. My biggest complaint is that there was construction going on directly to our condo for a whole day during our stay. Hammering, sawing, drilling right outside all of our windows. There were also workers on ladders going up the unit so they could see directly into our bedrooms. The owner completely failed to mention this to us, and if it was mentioned to us, we probably would have stayed somewhere else. I was traveling with a 6 month old who needs naps. She was not able to nap this entire day due to the loud construction. This whole day was basically ruined due to our baby being fussy from lack of naps. We had to cancel dinner plans as we didn’t want a fussy baby out to dinner with us. Overall, if it wasn’t for the unmentioned construction, I would have been decently pleased with our stay. We still had a good time.

Close proximity to the beach. On a bike, or was about a 7 min ride. Walking was about 10 to 15 min depending on speed and carrying items. The property is well maintained. Plenty of dishes and items to use for cooking.

Disappointing

The location was quiet, though it was far enough from the beach and restaurants that bikes would definitely be recommended. Building numbers are not well marked and difficult to find. Our biggest issue was lack of cleanliness both of the unit and the property. The outdoor patios and balconies were not clean and unusable. There were also several issues inside. Several nice updates have been done in the unit, but others are needed. Owner was responsive after we notified her that we were leaving early. She indicated they had changed cleaning companies and had not had prior complaints, but what we saw indicated a this is been an issue for awhile. This was not the immaculate, well cared for property that was described. We hope they do follow up and get this corrected for future guests.

A great week away!

Great trip! The villa is so spacious. It was great for our family of four to have our own space. Very close to the beach. The pathway is awesome to get to and from. Strongly suggest renting bikes. Fully appreciate the washer/dryer and how close everything was, but quiet and away from the crowds.

This property needs some serious cleaning

Our condo was super clean and nice. Perfect size for our family of 4. Unfortunately the outside of the building was disgusting and very dirty. They have not spent any time or money maintaining this place. There was trash everywhere. Not sure if they have a HOA service but they need it. I will not be be staying here again. We did love the inside of our unit which was nicely decorated and cleaned

Communication with the owner was great both before and during our stay. The recent updates to the property were awesome (the kitchen looks great!) this condo was exactly as described. the location makes it very easy to bike or walk to the beach. at first we were concerned about being so close to the pool, but you can't hear any kind of noise from people using it. we would definitely consider staying here again.
