'Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. '

'Don’t come here during baseball season/football season/anytime there’s an event at either stadium!!! I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling...

'The only pro I can really say is the downstairs is really beautiful, but the rooms are definitely not worth $500 a night. I called twice about the AC not working. The room stayed at 76 even after they came up twice to look at it, and the toilets wouldn’t flush had to call them after they came up to look at it. They got it to flush, but then we proceeded to have issues with it not flushing, but it was so late. We just didn’t bother to call. '

'Disappointing stay cleanliness issues We booked this place for a short stay in Baltimore and were very disappointed. The room was not clean the floor had dirt/sand, the bed had burn marks and was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in poor, unsanitary condition. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor coming from another room like urine which made the stay even more uncomfortable. On top of that, we were switched to a different property than the one we originally booked, which felt misleading...

'Fairly smooth registration. Hotel is large but is very dated. The phone in my room did not work. I informed staff and they told me it would be fixed. That never happened. I also mentioned the bathroom door was broken and would not lock. I was told maintenance would repair. Again, no results. The following morning, hotel lost hot water due to issues with their hot water heater. I couldn't call them to ask of the issue, as my phone was broken therefore, had to physically travel down to the...

'The room was adequate for one night but certainly nothing fancy. The bathroom had nowhere to put anything other than the top of the toilet, hooks were too high at the very top of the door, too few towels/washcloths etc. Shower was nice though. Bring slippers as the floors are bare and cold. The surrounding area was nice, a block from good restaurants and convenient to public transportation, including the free bus.'
