'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'My only other point of reference was the costabella in the area last year. I love the pool outside of my room and the beauty of the the bay or shallow ocean outside. I’d probably buy some plastic jacks which are more comfortable to sit in. The restaurant food was great and the juices were great and the pool was nice. I liked it a bit better than costabella the year before '

'we stayed 1 night on our way back to the states. very convenient to airport, shuttle service was waiting for us inside airport. Super friendly shuttle persons. very nice lobby and front desk personnel. room was very nice, especially for the Philippines. was great. the restaurant was awesome menu super nice, buffet choices were super. 'Very nice Hotel ... but dont stay too long ... pillows are terrible, completely squishy and useless ... pool is only 4ft deep impossible to swim ... So if you like floating in the pool only and dealing with neck and back pain due to the subpar pillows ... this is the place for you !!! However ... the staff is friendly and helpful and the Hotel is beautiful for things like weddings and such ... just not so great for extended stay !!!'
