'Sheets were dirty. No towels. Boiler hatch didn't close in bathroom and boiler didn't work anyway. No WiFi in the room. We were told to go to the second floor and sit in the corridor for WiFi ! Breakfast was very basic. Front desk staff didn't seem bothered. Got moved to another room eventually. But not good. Still no WiFi. Other people we talked to at breakfast were having the same problems. Go somewhere else.'

'It is located at prime location just near to Ranchi railway station, however, you wont hear any noise in your room coming from railway station or train. Also, it is not located far from Airport. Staffs were courteous and there kitchen was good. I also used Gym, it could improve, could not use Swimming pool, however it was well maintained and clean. Room as expected, was clean and spacious. No Complaints.'

'this is a good, affordable hotel in Ranchi. The room was comfortable but had no windows. That made it good and dark for sleeping, but rather cell-like for daytime. It's a nice Indian domestic hotel. Not necessarily the same as the western chain hotels. Breakfast is included. It's also quite Indian. Getting tea at breakfast, and coffee later in the day took some time. Service was on the slow side. The coffee was very tasty. The location is excellent for shopping on a busy road in the city.'
