'My stay was excellent. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is very convenient and the environment is quiet, perfect for resting. The host was very kind, attentive, and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-kept place.'

'I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences.
