'My family ages 21 to 70+ had a nice long weekend at the cabin. Everything was spotless and the property was very quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed the fire pit and screened porch. The cabin had all the amenities we needed. I especially liked that one of the bedrooms was on the main floor as my parents are elderly. The host was very responsive. Cabin location was also great and within less than a 40 minute drive of activities for all interests and ages.'

'My family had a great time at this property. Unfortunately we weren’t able to kayak since the army dams the lake in the winter. While this was unexpected, we made the most of it and walked the dry lake bed quite far and my family was able to find some fishing spots. The cabin was clean and had what we needed. The back deck was a great place to read my book and kids liked the bonfire in the evening. We would stay here again but make sure the lake is there!'

'The owner is very nice, friendly, & accommodating. The rental is located in a beautiful area! If you want quiet & to kind of get away from “people” , it’s the perfect place. So much better than staying in a hotel! 10/10 recommend! We plan on staying again when we come back to town!'

'We were so pleased with the cabin-just everything about it! The Harston group made everything so easy! This was my second stay and it was wonderful. So close to our event at Barren River State Park, and as we have it there every year, I will definitely stay next year. Thank you so much for giving us a stay that was worry and work free.'
