'TV Directions are needed with something like: “Input, Portal, Live TV Cable, Guide.” Otherwise, you get “Samsung TV Plus is not available due to a network problem.” The breakfast area TVs were not working since the staff didn’t know how to get them working. The light fixture in Rm. 417 was full of bugs. We arrived at 1 PM and the front desk gave us a room where the sheets had not been changed. We know this because of the back sweat and peanut shells. We were given new sheets to install ourselves...

'We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely hotel! The rooms were beautiful, and it’s far enough from main traffic that I (a light sleeper from a quiet town) was still able to get a good nights sleep. The food was delicious, and the staff were all very kind and excellent! 10/10 would love to stay here again!!'

'The stay was enjoyable, the staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room could have been cleaner, there were stains and peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom, there was something that had run out of a vent on the bathroom wall leaving a white stain on the wall, the air conditioner unit was extremely loud when operating. Given the cost of the stay, I would expect these minor things to have been corrected prior the guest arrival.'

'We had issues with check-in. We checked in at 9 pm and then was subsequently charged a late check-in. Around 11:30 pm we had another guest walk into our room. The next day upon returning to my room, our room keys had been deactivated. Didn’t find out until we were at our room around 10:30 pm. We returned to the desk and got them fixed. We were told that they had us in another. The next morning is when I got charged the late fee. It was all taken care of at checkout but it was a very frustrating...
